I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

When we purchased our 2015 Fusion Energy, it was incredible, though priced a little high it got 80 plus mpg., we live in Oklahoma so the terrain is mild and that helped. In 2017 my mpg. Dropped to 69.9 mpg. So I took it to the shop they said the battery cooling fan went out and than said they performed a software update which seemed good, but 3 days latter I noticed my car got about 50 mpg, they said reset it, so I did, Then it dropped to 45.5, I complained and brought it to them, they insisted that it must have been miscalibrated originally’but wouldn’t that be fraud’, so this thing has been in the shop many times and now I get 39.9 mpg and fill up a lot Now we have 70k miles and are going to trade it while the warranty exists. This 45k car is worth 14k and still beautiful. We bought it for mileage for way more than the gas model and got ripped off by Ford.
I live in PA and I was up in the area checking out a couple Subaru STI's when driving by Stohlman I saw a blue STI and fell in love with it. It was Greatest Experience I ever had. Thanks to Nick Razak who gave his time and day to help me through the process of purchasing my Blue 2019 wrx sti. Helped deal with the vehicle price, paper work and even answered all my questions and concerns. Definitely was worth driving 3 hours. Great buy. The gas mileage is the number one thing. Currently without a charge I am getting 39MPG and It fills up on 25 dollars. The Energi luxury version actually is great because it comes with all of the features of a Titanium model without the cost. The only cons are the trunk space and the 2015 model doesn’t have Car Play or Nav, other than that I’m completely happy.
Bought a 2018 Ram with no hassle, in and out and was even offered lunch. Amazing sales staff and finance squad. I felt as if I was part of the company.

Aside from trunk space being taken up by battery, I absolutely love this car. Beautiful exterior with metallic blue paint. Black leather interior is very comfortable. My car has every option except heated steering wheel. Smooth ride. Tons of options.
I had a great experience in buying my used car. The staff was very accommodating and very friendly. Sales person Dulce Cuevas made the whole process very easy and not stressful. Very professional. Sales manager Sebastian Olivares was a great help. Over all the best sales staff I have ever experience. Thanks to all at County Ford. Will refer to others.
It was great buying this car, i had researched it, followed up with METRO FORD and bought it new form them in OCT 2015. Since then the experience has been totally positive for all my service needs and the customer service and follow up are outstanding.

Really have enjoyed owning and driving this car. Had a long commute so we purchased the Energi version of the Fusion. Was getting close to 60MPG combined between the electric motor & the hybrid motor! The only way I could have beat that was if my boss let me plug it in from the work parking lot! (I would have if my office wasn't in the industrial part of Kent!)
We went into Zeck not knowing what to expect Fran helped us every step of the way and even offered his personal opinion of the truck that I ended up buying! He wasn???t too pushy and helped us every way he could! I will definitely be back and asking for Fran in the future!
Tasca was great to work with. I visited back in September when they had a promotion going and Jen Robey was so patient with me. Unfortunately I did not find anything I was in love with so I did not buy anything but once I was ready to make a decision I went back 2 months later and Jen was just as kind and helpful as the prior visit. I ended up leasing another vehicle with them and left that day with it! Thanks again Tasca for yet another great vehicle!
i recently went to Tasca in Cranston with my significant other to pick up a car that he had just purchased with no intention of looking at or buying a car for myself. We (and other family members) have always called on "our" salesperson Lou Colon when we wanted to purchase a vehicle, while my significant other was signing his paperwork, Lou told me about a car that had just come in and he thought it would be perfect for me. i looked at the car and fell in love with it. Lou was right the car he showed me was perfect for me! i love my "new" car! i can't say enough about the Tasca dealership in Cranston. Everyone i have ever dealt with at Tasca has always been friendly and courtesy. They do everything possible to make the car buying process as easy as possible. i will continue to recommend Lou Colon and the Tasca dealership in Cranston.

Safe, Fun, and Useful

I owned this vehicle for a half a year until a car hit me at 50 miles an hour on an on ramp while I was stopped. The car was totalled and the car who hit me flipped and was totalled, but I left the accident without a scratch on me.
Aside from the safety, I loved driving the car with the fully-loaded features which were integrated well into the car. Also, the having this electric car allowed me to cut my commute in half.
Our family just had the best time buying a Ford F-150 Lariat and I wanted to make sure I gave credit where credit was due.
(1) Wonderfully Communicative - Jason Lehner, the delearship manager, was amazing. Since we know little about cars but wanted to venture into truck ownership, we turned to a relative who is 1000s of miles away for help. This didn’t phase Jason at all. He answered every text, email and call with care and worked effortlessly with someone he never met in person. My relative is a bit of a hard cookie to crack so we were all impressed at how Jason was able to navigate the rapid fire questions and concerns.
(2) Stellar Price - We did approach other dealers but Waterford Ford simply offered the best price for our custom order. We feel like we walked away with an fantastic price for a brand new 2018 custom Lariat order.
(3) Straight Shooter - Jason never tried to sell us something for the sake of selling. We didn’t feel overwhelmed with the options or that we were making a mistake by not buying an additional feature. He was polite, listened and ensured we were comfortable with the order BUT we never felt pressured to take on more.
The best part was when we finally went in the sign papers! Michael O'Brien, the manager emeritus, saw that I had kids in tow and offered to have the car sent to our home since we couldn’t bring it back on the same day. It made my life so much easier! Seriously. That small gesture made my year. And now I have a gorgeous new ride.
Unexplainable/unrepeatable "electrical siezures"

Loved the car and it would have gotten 5 stars across all levels, however shortly in to owning the new car, I encountererd a strange issue. Upon coming to a stop while driving, the brake system would flash and beep and then I would no be able to accelerate. Basically stuck dead on the road. . Took several tries, keys in and keys out and playing with the e brake before the system seemed to kick back on... Upon driving it to the dealership, they could never diagnose the problem to fix it... The dealer in WA actually never even documented it on my service records despite having them look at it more than a few times in the first 18 months I had the car! We service our cars at another Ford dealership now. The issue became larger and more frequentl coming in to year 3. Thankfully we purchased an external warranty to extend power train and electrical issues. Unfortunately though no one was able to replicate the problem live. Have several videos of the issue as it's occurred over the last few months but to resolution. With a baby on the way, my wife made me sell it. The car just wasn't safe to drive with an undiagnosable problem that disabled driving while in use. Disappointed with Ford. We took quite a loss trading it in with no real support from the dealership we purchased the car from. Some Ford dealers don't care about service or taking care of repeat customers anymore. 3 cars with them and you'd think they'd extend some sort of olive branch on a trade loss because their car they sold me was a dud. Imacculate condition, all Services, all over hyped extra plans, etc.... No love from Ford. We won't give Ford our business moving forward once our current new car and new SUV serve their purpose.
I’m very satisfied yet again with Troy Burns who put up with me for another great car buying experience. I went back to Greenway for the simple reason that Troy treated me so well the first time I went for my very first new car ever. This second time was just as much of an enjoyable experience. He knows the cars, knows the options, and knows what things are available to you as a customer. He makes sure you know your car inside and out before you leave. I would gladly direct anyone toward him to get you in your new ride. You won’t be disappointed!

great way to ease into the electric car world.....and not go cold turkey, a bit pricey; but depends on why you are looking to go that way
We passed this dealer on the way to Lithia Ford, saw some trucks out in front and flipped a u-turn and went back. We had been to Lithia Ford the day before and had a truck in mind. The truck was priced very nicely at Lithia Ford but it was underwear model and higher-priced than we really wanted to pay. At image, we found the perfect truck for us and Matt, the salesman was extremely knowledgeable about trucks, especially fords. We found a truck that we wanted at a fair price, the process could not have been easier, we test drove our truck did some research, checked out the Carfax, and made a very easy purchase. Matt had all the paperwork done fast and accurately.
Everyone was very serviceable oriented, we loved that!
They bent over backward to help us make the purchase smooth. They even provided lunch, delicious tacos. Happy customer!!
