Seeking,finding,dealing and finally purchasing a 2013 Ford Escape in 2012 was a challenge by itself as you never know how the "FINANCE ' guy cuts the deal,no matter what you are still a looser.,lost money. After years of recalls,the last one for 2016 finally Thelast recall for 2016 got fixed in 2017.Hope all calls and recalls over. AS for maintenanace,performance ,and quality jobs Quality Auto Mall has been doing an excellent job as so far in the lat 5 years I had no major issues with the vehicle except fill gas and drive.Any lights, warning,oil changes,wipers,tire rotations,light bulbs are all periodically serviced and replaced. My service advisor has always been very helpful in the upkeep of the vehicle. Highly recomended.

Being a Smog Technician I sit in all sorts of cars, and this car really surprises me..... not only is the interior very comfortable and adjustable, but the look of the car as a whole and the performance and handling is more than i expected from a hybrid. on top of comfort, it is saving me a lot of money on gas, i charge it at work, and it gets me home solely on the batteries and half the way back to work. all around i am impressed with this vehicle

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Warranty has a lot of loopholes. The dealers will do everything they can to not cover your claims. Be mindful on their offers for unnecessary services . I have taken the car three times and even though I have extended warranty, nothing has been covered.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. Really have enjoyed owning and driving this car. Had a long commute so we purchased the Energi version of the Fusion. Was getting close to 60MPG combined between the electric motor & the hybrid motor! The only way I could have beat that was if my boss let me plug it in from the work parking lot! (I would have if my office wasn't in the industrial part of Kent!)

Dead battery in a 2010 Escape, discovered as Winter Storm Jonas began. After the shoveling, I called Family Ford and applied the trickle charger. Family Ford said come one in, we have lots of batteries, already charged. I was in and out in less than an hour....even while crew was shoveling the parking lot. I am about 6'2 and the leg room is amazing. Also I have found that it drives very well in snow. My theory is that is has the large battery in the truck so it gives it more weight in the back. One the of best vehicles I have ever owned. The mpg goes down some in the winter, but my average with all the seasons is about 70 mpg. It's great!

I recently leased a 2017 Jeep Cherokee and came to the dealership with a predicament. I had thought I was only 400 miles away from being over and had about 9 months left on my lease. Turns out that I only had 10,500 a year instead of the 12,000 I thought I had (thanks Dana Ford in Staten Island for screwing that up!). Even with all of that they were able to work out a fair deal and I left happy with my brand new car! My only qualm was that it took a very long time (was there 5 hours), but that happens with leasing a new car so not too upset about that. Overall I would highly recommend the dealership and it's staff at both Jeep and Ford.

My 3 year lease with Toyota was coming to an end so I was on the hunt for the perfect replacement. I wanted to maintain a similar lease - 3 yr - 12K mile - but find a nicer car and not pay too much more than I was already paying. I wanted a similar style RWD or AWD sports car with a nicer interior, more horsepower, and more torque. I had been test driving all different makes and models in the $25-30K price range for my new lease. The mustang was not in consideration because I thought only an 8 cylinder is the way to go...but I cannot afford one. I happened to be nearby the dealership picking up my girlfriend's 2015 Nissan Murano from its first 5K service and I said "you know what? - I should look at the 6cyl mustang while I am here...just in case". I walked into Ford and saw Paul Scheuing was available. He was happy to help. I could tell that I liked Paul right away. Very nice guy. Very informative. Eager to help. Just as excited about finding a suitable Mustang as I was. I asked to test drive the 6cyl in stick shift. He informed me that the new 4cyl has higher horsepower and more torque than the 6cyl for a sticker price of only about $1000 more. Say no more! More horse and more torque than the 6 - I'd rather the 4 then. Horsepower and Torque were 2 of my most important qualities I was looking for. He offered to let me test drive the 4cyl in manual. Premium package, so it had a much nicer interior than my current Scion FRS. Behold! - my search was over. After a few minutes on a test drive, I could tell this was the way to go....a turbocharged 4cyl Mustang with nice leather interior. Same gas mileage as my current lease, more horse, more torque, nicer interior...similar sticker price. It was everything I was looking for in a new lease. After careful consideration, I was likely going to lease the exact car I test drove, but already, within 24 hours, it was sold to a dealership in Long Island. Bummer. However, it did have 1300 dollars worth of features I did not really need. Over the next few days Paul helped me find the exact car I wanted...and it was even less expensive than the one I test drove. It even had the red leather interior that I really wanted. The original car did not. Paul was amazing during the whole process. He helped me get the monthly numbers closer to where I needed to be. Also, interactions with Jim O'Brien and Chris Messina helped make me feel right at home with Ditschman Ford. Everyone was extremely responsive. Very nice people. Within a few days we had found the car, ordered it, signed the paperwork and drove off the lot in my new dream car (that I could actually afford). The process was nice and easy. I did my best as a consumer to make smart informed decisions and they did a great job of answering all the questions and got me into the right car. Thanks guys.

I went to the dealership already knowing they had on their lot the hard-to-find combination of trim/options I was looking for in a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I had done a lot of research and already test drove a different trim of the car at another dealership so we were able to get down to brass tacks really quickly. The sales consultant (Jason) was pleasant to work with and there was nothing negative to report, other than one thing that you would probably experience negotiating at any other dealership for any other kind of car...including a 299.00 charge for window etching after already negotiating a price based on the sticker. In the end, after just a little push back on my part, the cost of window etching was crossed off the final invoice, so no complaints. I traded my 2012 Honda Ridgeline and got what I considered a very good price for it, with the initial value being 2,000.00 more than a previous dealer offered me. I went in on a Friday night for the first time and drove away with the car not much more than 12 hours later. I live too far away to ever use them for service, but I would certainly go back to deal with them on the sales side.

For starters Olivia is an amazing people person and when you put her on the sales floor she makes magic happen with her kind, warm personality. Olivia has known about all my car issues over the years and I always said I wanted a pearl white fusion to be my princess car. When she told me she got a job at Maplecrest it was like music to my ears haha! I had a 2010 Subaru Forester that gave me way to many problems & Olivia said Kallen I will make the car of your dreams happen. Not only did she find me a beautiful 2016 pearl white fusion I wanted but that came with a luxury package and AWD!!! That definitely made my parents happy living in Jersey with our crazy bi-polar weather. So I was very excited and eager to replace my first Ford baby.I was really disappointed during my shopping experiences... until I came to All American Ford of Old Bridge. Dean ended up being the sales man to make me give AAF my hard earned money in exchange for my brand new 2018 Ford Escape. I am in love with this car. I am so happy with the service that I received and so is my father. In fact he is so happy with how Dean treated me that my father said he would be going to Dean when he buys his next Ford. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.
High mileage lease return PHEV in Minnesota winter

This car was purchased used as a high mileage one owner lease return (Titanium trim level) on December 27th, 2018. It had slightly over 159000 miles on it when it was driven off the dealership lot. Nothing is under warranty anymore, so this is really where the rubber meets the road in terms of long-term reliability. It has been on long highway trips and back country roads at high speed, in sleet, snow, and very cold temperatures, so the gas engine has been used a lot. It has a 2L inline 4 with the electronic variable valve timing Atkinson cycle setup with the direct injection system that many modern cars have. The engine is connected to the wheels and dual three phase synchronous electric motor/generators with a single planetary gearset, and the differential speed between the two motors gives the engine variable speed at a fixed RPM to stay in the power band on gasoline burning mode, so it is not a normal, belt-driven CVT. This is a very good thing! It has all of the benefits of a CVT, with none of the drawbacks. It is very nice going up hills, because it doesn't keep hunting for gears. Also, going down hill and stopped at red lights, it does the usual hybrid "start/stop engine" thing. One of the motors acts as the starter, so no 12V starter to wear out. Full-time electric mode is only available when you charge it, and it pops up a different battery icon on the dash than you see in gas mode. In Minnesota winter, with the AC off and the seat heater on, and gentle driving, this particular model still delivers close to its factory rated electric range. In gasoline mode, with normal driving and all of the heat on, it is getting an average of 36mpg. Another important thing is the regenerative brakes. In normal mode they barely do anything. To activate them fully, you need to move the gear selector back to the "L" position. In terms of snowy/icy road handling, it is a large, heavy car, and the regular brakes are incredibly grabby, but the ABS and traction control are very good at keeping the car from sliding too much, even with all season tires. In terms of actual, real world reliability, here is a list of everything that has gone wrong with it so far: The engine sounds slightly rough, especially on cold days (no smoke visible from exhaust), Check engine light came on for one of the O2 sensors (possible cause of first issue), Rubber boot on left CV joint wore out, There was a shuddering noise during regenerate braking during a cold (-19F) morning which went away after it was shifted back into drive and into "L" again, The 3V coin cell battery in the key fob wore out and was replaced, The passenger side front lamp that comes on when you shut the car off and lock it stopped working, The passenger side fog light bezel came off, The drivers side under-mirror light flickers slightly, The rear parking sensor system displayed an error which went away by turning it off and back on again. Other than what is on this list, everything else on the car functions as intended from the factory.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol.

Car being the Energi has a lot of internal bells and whistles and luxury built in, and if you do plug it in constantly it's a green car worthy of driving. But there is the trade off. The cost to charge is not that much less than gas and with gas you double the trunk. With solar or updated batteries that would get you more than 20 miles this would be a game changer. But one has to calculate what you want if your sole consideration is money or being green. Going hybrid might have been better....more trunk and not that much of a hit in gas. That said I like the tech on the car and with wind playing so much of the source of electricity where I am....I feel I am doing my part to help the environment.

This is how buying a car is supposed to be. Go online, get qualified, see the terms upfront, pick any car you like and then have it delivered to your doorstep. If you don't like it for ANY reason, you can return it in 7 days, no questions asked. You can either choose another car or just give it back. My BMW i3 was exactly as they described it (it even had additional options they didn't mention). I cannot emphasize enough how this is the future of car buying. No more dealership 'let me talk to the manager' games and wasted time. Also, the customer service was incredible. The girl that delivered my car at 11:30 am exactly as promised, was super friendly and showed a genuine interest in any concerns I expressed. There were some small blemishes on the interior and they sent out a car detailer to treat the problem. I was extremely impressed. She also promised a little care package and to my surprise, I received a FedEx package a few days later from Carvana packed with goodies! If you have ANY hesitation - don't - my Carvana experience was FANTASTIC!

So far this car has exceeded my expectations. The titanium package is probably the best bang for your buck. Who does not want AC seat in the AZ summer heat? Driving home in 115 deg heat my hands and face were frozen to touch and so was my butt, I could not be happier. The lane assist is hands down awesome. If you start to drift into another lane it will correct you back into you lane along with vibrating steering wheel and lights and noise. Perfect for road trips and new drivers. Auto parale parking is an experience you will not forget. I picked up my mom for lunch and shocked her it was pretty funny. She was freaking out because it basically parks it self. Running straight energy is great and the hybrid feature is awesome as well. If I had to settle with just the hybrid feature alone it would be ok. The energi model make the vechicle 300 more pounds heavier if that helps. All in all I would highly recommend the hybrid fusion to new drivers since it really teaches you how slow roll stop ? and not gun it at lights. The energi would be good for people with longer commutes to work.

We bought a 2012 Honda CR-V LX with 16,671 miles recently. The entire experience was first rate: From searching online for the right vehicle (price, features, condition) to the buying experience and through delivery. Everything was accurate and straight forward. Our new car met all expectations when delivered: Clean. No apparent defects.The items listed as imperfections were barely perceptible. Our test drive before accepting the car was flawless. Our delivery person was friendly, professional and informative. After delivery, I took our new car to our long-time trusted mechanic for an in-depth inspection. He was impressed with all aspects of our new car. His only comments were associated with (1) light under-body rust and original equipment tires with few miles, plenty of tread, in good condition but six years old. All manuals, one full feature key, and one valet key were provided. (Two full feature keys would have been nice.) Documentation of Carvana's 150 point inspection was not provided. This, too, would have been a nice addition to complete the sale documentation. All-in-all, close to a perfect buying experience! So much so that I'm looking forward to purchasing another vehicle from Carvana in the near future.
