It was great buying this car, i had researched it, followed up with METRO FORD and bought it new form them in OCT 2015. Since then the experience has been totally positive for all my service needs and the customer service and follow up are outstanding.
We went into Zeck not knowing what to expect Fran helped us every step of the way and even offered his personal opinion of the truck that I ended up buying! He wasn???t too pushy and helped us every way he could! I will definitely be back and asking for Fran in the future!

My previous Fiesta that I also bought from Bob Allen Ford was in accident/totaled. So when dealing with insurance companies you don't have time to go out comparing. I sent my request online for help finding my car. I also did my credit approval online. So when "Woody" responded that he had what I was looking for, we set up to meet after sending me a picture of the car. From the time I walked in to the time i drove away in the my new Fiesta was just over 90 minutes. The Jason and Guy got me some nice deals for my car as well. Looking forward to my next purchase (hoping in another 6-7 years.)

I bought a Ford Fusion that I absolutely loved from Zeck Ford in 2015. It was a very easy process and I was treated with respect. I unfortunately, had to replace the Fusion this week as it was totaled in an accident. I chose to return to Zeck Ford for a replacement vehicle. I had a very specific set of must haves and a budget I was not willing to go over. I was able to purchase a new vehicle from the same sales associate I had worked with earlier. Fran Weis, was a very professional and easy to work with. He provided me with several different vehicles to test drive. I never felt pressured to speed more than the budget I had set. He patiently went over the specifics of each car and helped me make a decision I am happy with. Hopefully, I will not have to purchase another car anytime soon. If I do, I will return to Zeck Ford and will again request Fran Weis.
Jake Giess was very patient. He answered all my questions and helped me with my special circumstances to find the vehicle right me and my budget.
Never pressured me. Overall a great experience.
