Easiest car buying experience, that I have had, in recent memory. I picked the car out online, and called to make a deal on it. I have been going to Grapevine Toyota for several years now. This is the forth Toyota purchased from them and the service has always been excellent! Thanks in part to my asst. service supervisor Robert Moran and the whole service staff.
I came in June of this year to get our Toyota Highlander serviced and have the Zak-Tek protection applied (which is great) and went over to see Neal Asaad the General Manager just to say hello.
He asked me how my 1970 Grand Prix was doing. I told him that I was going to get the old factory R-12 A/C replaced for a new R-134a replacement unit which would have to be shipped in from Florida. The garage where I was going to take it quoted me several thousand dollars to tear out the old factory air and put in the new one, and keep the car for three days.
This was after going to three different places to get an estimate where I asked about doing a retrofit kit, (I was still wanting to keep it original as I have owned it since it was new) no one was interested in doing that because they said they couldn’t guarantee it not leaking or that the compressor bearings might be worn out and other excuses for the system not working.
Neal suggested that I bring it in and let his service techs look at it.
He introduced me to John Farley his fixed operations director and Karl Landerholm his shop foreman. They said they would check it out and let me know later that day. They captured what little R-12 Freon that was in it and cleaned the system out and refilled it with environmentally friendly R-134a Freon. After keeping it overnight to check for leaks I picked it up the next morning.
To make a long story short.
They did a great job! “Above and Beyond”. It has performed perfectly all-of this hot summer without any leaks or problems for just a couple of hundred dollars.

There was confusion on my part regarding the extended service contracts that I had purchased along with my new Ford Escape. Suzanne did a wonderful job of solving the problem for me and I am now happy with my purchase. There is no way to delete or edit my previous review dated 6/30/18 and it somehow got put in twice. Sorry about that.
2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid

I wanted a car that has a smooth ride, good gas mileage, plenty of room inside the vehicle, & has a good safety rating. The 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid seemed to fit the bill. It has plenty of USB ports and all the bells & whistles that I wanted. You do sacrifice some trunk space because it is a hybrid, but I thought it was a good trade-off for the gas mileage. When you drive in the "eco" setting the car is a bit sluggish when taking off from a stop. I won't drive in rush hour traffic in the "eco" setting as it makes other drivers angry. If you are driving without the "eco" setting the car has plenty of acceleration, so no need to worry about that.
I had a great experience today with this dealership. I submitted an online request for information yesterday afternoon and within 5 minutes I got a call back from the sales manager. They collected personal info and within 30 min I had a quote in my hands. Went to the dealership next day to close the deal and was greatly surprised on how efficient the process was. Mr Randy Orsburn in sales was super professional and made the process so easy and fast. Kudos to the insurance and finance team as well.

I am a little disappointed that my super conservative driving for highway goes below 40 mpg, but I was expecting that. They completely lie about mpg ranges, but it does get way above 40 if enough city traffic and steady movement. I’ve only owned it a week but it’s super smooth and I adore the fact I get 2.5 times the mpg of my truck I previously owned.
I pulled into the car lot expecting a slew of salesman on the attack. Did not happen. I got out of the car, was approached by Terrance Harkey who kindly offered to help me and stayed close by throughout the purchase. I have had several bad experiences with car salespeople throughout the years. Terrance gave me confidence in car salesmen again. Terrance is a high quality professional. Sensitive, informed, knowledgable, caring and respectful. Greg Lusk and Joe Rodela were kind and easy to work with. Greg did a lot of work with the numbers to ensure I got the car I wanted. There was no yelling or screaming between sales and finance. The staff looked and conducted themselves as professionals. There is a nice little coffee shop onsite with free coffee lattes while you wait. This was the most positive car buying experience ever. If you get a salesperson that does not meet your needs, please stop the process, and ask for Terrance Harkey. You will not be disappointed.

Meets most of my needs, although I was spoiled by my 2011 Fusion Hybrid SE's auto-alerts and other advanced features. However, I had such a great deal on this car offered to me by Bill Currie Ford, and liked my test drive and the sleeker look of the 2018, I decided to take it.
For anyone looking for a great Service Advisor that will ensure you and your vehicle are taken care of, I highly recommend Jason Ashcroft at Prestige Ford in Garland.
Was recently out of town and had to take my Ford Edge into another dealership for repairs. Jason stayed in constant contact with both me and the Service Advisor at the Irving location and ensured I was taken care of - even while he was on vacation. I will always request Jason Ashcroft when having my Edge in for service or repairs at Prestige Ford in Garland!

This car is truly amazing. Its very fuel efficient, comfortable and reliable. I have no issues or complaints. I am so in love with this car that I traded in my 2017 Fusion for the 2018 version. I would stick to the Fusion model for many years to come. It drives very smooth that it feels like you're floating on a cloud. Its perfect for cross country road trips and has a lot of space to sit comfortably.
I dealt with 3 different sales personal and financing when trading in my vehicle to buy a bigger one. I was 100% satisfied at the service I received that I would definitely buy another vehicle from them in the future. Quick and easy process too.
Love the ride and fuel mileage.

The car rides great and the fuel mileage is wonderful. The seats with 8 ways adjustments make for a very comfortable seat. The back up camera is a plus as is the ability to use voice commands for the radio and other features.
Sheena represented Randall Prestige well. She took care of us, we had fun, and a lot of people got to drive the fabulous Ford cars. So many people were impressed with Ford. It was an amazing experience. Sshe spent ALL day with us to help us fundraise for Garland High School DECA. Prestige is donating $4200. Thank you. You are helping students in your community attend DECA conferences for competition as emerging leaders in business and marketing. We are thrilled and grateful.

this car is sleek, handles well, easy to park. It gets the best gas milage I have ever had including my 2015 c-max. the areo dynamics are Amazing!!!
We test drove a vehicle and the salesman was professional and accommodating. Overall it was a good experience. We were unable to agree on a trade in value and the salesman told us he would work on the numbers and call, which he never did. That is our only complaint with the dealership. Otherwise it was fine.

this car met my needs of being powerful but also fuel efficient. So far getting 35 mpg on both city and highway which is great. The inside is very comfortable and stylish.
