I HAD LOST ALL HOPE WHEN GM FAILED TO PROTECT ME WHEN MY LEMON WAS INCREDIBLY DANGEROUS, VAN CHEVY BROKE THE CAR EVEN MORE - AND FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY HAPPENEDON MY CREDIT SAME DAY VAN CHEVY FIRST TOOK MY CAR IN - 2 MONTHS I FINALLY GOT IT BACK AND IT WAS INCREDIBLY WORSE THAN THE FIRST TIME I DROPPED IT OFF - ZECK FORD STEPPED UP AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME GET FINANCED, WHILE THE FRAUD IS BEING INVESTIGATED AND DAMAGED MY CREDIT, THEY GAVE ME THE PEACE OF MIND THAT MY SAFTEY IS INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT - WORKED LATER THAN THEY SHOULD HAVE, AND GOT ME A BRAND NEW 2017 FORD FOCUS, GAVE A BETTER DEAL ON TRADE IN THAN EVER IMAGINE, AND MADE SURE TO TRULEY SHOW THE COMPASION AS IF I WERE ONE OF THEIR FAMILY MEMEBERS, NOT PRESSURED, THE MOST FUN ENVIROMENT IMAGINABLE - & BEST OF ALL GOT ME AN INCREDIBLE INTEREST RATE - THEY DIDNT GIVE UP, AND THEIR DEFINILTY NOT DOING IT FOR THE COMMISION - THE TRUE COMPASSION SHOWS EVERY MOMENT YOU SPEND WITH THEM WHEN MAKING A HUGE COMMITMENT TO A NEW CAR, I ADVISE EVERYONE TO GO THERE TRULY THEY DO NOT DISAPOINT AND THEIR PRICES ARE LOWER THAN ANYWHERE ELSE, THE VEHICLES ARE BEYOND TOP NOTCH - SERVICED TO TOP NOTCH - AND I HAVENT STOPPED SMILING!!!!!! Beautiful car. With more features than others. Great ride. Cannot feel when changing from Hybrid to ICE. Very smooth. Also has 18" inch wheels which improves looks even more.

I have always been leery about car dealerships but Autonation has been such a pleasant experience. This will be car #3 for my family in the past couple years from Autonation. We bought my husband's 2016 Silverado, and my 2016 Malibu from the Arrowhead location, and now our son is going through his first car buying experience at the Phoenix location. Svitlana has been amazing! Even though we told her we would likely not be purchasing today, she spent hours with us, test driving multiple cars, and asking questions, finding out what my son wanted and needed. It was all about US! She listened and got to know us and made us feel valued. I am so glad my son had a pleasant experience, as my first car buying experience at his age was terrible!! We did end up finding the perfect car and will be going back today to get it. Not ONCE did we feel pressure or pushed, only welcomed and valued. Took care of our noise problem and found that vehicle needed aligned and took care of that.

This is our second Fusion Hybrid. They are reliable vehicles that deliver 43mpg on average and are comfortable and well equipped. I compared with similar Toyota and Honda hybrids and found the Ford thousands less expensive with very similar features. These are not flashy cars but they are dependable and deliver the kind of mileage and performance for which folks buy them.

Surprise Ford has a beautiful showroom and the customer service section is light, bright and clean. Brent gave me his business card after ordering the part that I needed. He called when the part came in and Wendy helped set up my appointment. Both Brent and Wendy did an excellent job and they know how to deliver high quality customer service! I won't go to any other dealership because Surprise Ford has earned my business and I know they will take great care of my car.

Was very pleased with the service, however I would have appreciated an offer to see the wear on my rotors before I paid for the service. This is why I only gave 3 stars to the quality of the repairs. I haven't driven the car much since it was repaired but on the 20 mile drive to my sisters there was no noticeable difference. That opinion may change in the next few weeks.

I purchased this car because a friend recommended it, the good gas mileage, and the price. On my first long distance trip, my first tank i got 47 mpg. My second tank I'm averaging 50.

My wife and I lease cars for three year terms and have gone through many as I view these as just something that gets me to work. As long as it's reliable, I didn't really have much criteria for what car I got. That said, I just got the new Ford Fusion Hybrid and am very impressed with all of the features that it's packed with! Although many of the features aren't new, I have to admit that they are new to me. For instance, keyless door locks, keyless ignition, a rotary dial for the transmission which saves space from the usual handle, traffic warning lights on the side mirrors, heated seats, iPhone integration, etc... One of the new features (again, for me) that got my attention is the center of the road guidance that gently guides you if you start to drift from the center of the road. It's nice to know that it's there for those mind-numbing long drives. As far as driving the car goes, it has smooth acceleration with good traffic merge power, excellent handling, and lots of seat adjustment options. Braking action feels a little different from what I'm used to. I'm not sure if it has to do with the regenerative braking system, but I do notice the change in feel. It's not bad, just something for me to get used to. The bar has been raised for my expectations and required feature-sets for and subsequent cars that I get from now on. Great job, Ford!

I am writing this letter to applaud for Damion Reed at service department. I am working for Ohio State, and I took our research truck to Bob Caldwell this morning. During the service, Damion showed his professionalism and friendly hospitality. More importantly, he initiated to fix the recall issues to remove safety concerns. I see integrity, honesty and honor from this man, and he will be an great asset to establish Bob Caldwell's reputation.

I just purchased a vehicle from Import Auto Sales. The salesman we worked with (Alkon and Max) were very knowledgeable about their vehicles and were able to answer pretty much all of our questions. There was no pressure to buy and they didn't try to steer us towards any other vehicles. The financing was also very easy and the loan officer was very quick and knowledgeable--he also got us a good interest rate that we were really happy with! In my opinion they went above and beyond my expectations and I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know! Thanks again guys!

I found a used Ford Fusion Energie online. I sent a message through their online messaging and they contacted me the next morning. Although the car was still in transit to the dealership they were able to work out a deal with me in advance at a very fair price. When the car was received they checked it out and I was able to come pick it up. The car was in perfect condition, it looked brand new. This was one of the few dealerships within 200-300 miles that had the Energie. It was the quickest and simplest car buying experience I have had. I would definitely use this dealership again, although I hope to not need a new car for a while.

If you drive 25,000+ miles annually like I do, you will LOVE this car. I can't remember the last time I only stopped at the gas pump once a week, but that is the most often I have to fill up my Fusion Hybrid. With Apple Car Play, I have access to everything I need on the go.

We stopped in to just look at cars. Loren our salesman was so awesome! We did not feel pressured at all. Loren took great care of us and we had the ford escape the next day. Loren went over everything in the car. He even synced up our phones for us. The customer service from t h e time we walked in was just amazing. We will always come back for Loren when we need a new car. I never knew purchasing a car could be so easy.

This is my first car i have ever purchased and Anthony and Kip made my exsperience awesome. Went over and beyond exspectation to get me in the car i wanted. I was researching some used luxury cars and was on the phone with them (I am in NJ) many times. They always made time to answer any questions I had, and went out of their way to help me with my long distance research. I couldn't have been treated any better by any dealer!

So fare I like the ride love the gas mileage will have to drive for few months to give greater experience. Trunk space is limited but seats do go down for more room. But will drive for few more months and that will be the real test
