My experience of buying a car at this location was an excellent experience. The location has a wide range of vehicles in good condition and the prices are very reasonable. Buying a car can be stressful but the sales staff such as the delighful Winsome Gadson made the experience pleasurable and genuinely wanted me to buy a car that I would be happy to purchase without comprising style and budget. I cannot praise her enough for her knowledge and customer care.
The manager, Bobby Grimes is extremely helpful and was very accommodating to my needs. He is a credit to the company and again made an otherwise stressful experience go smoothly. The other staff at the location are great too(Shawn and Lee)! Whoever helps you to get a car goes the extra mile.

Everything went fairly smooth. Processing the purchase took a little over an hour. At other dealerships it can take 3-4 hours.
I forgot to inquire about the 2nd key until ready to drive away and was informed it only came with ONE key..............ask this question before you buy as this particular key costs around $300.
Overall a fair price for what is a great car! Would have been better with 2 keys like I was assuming. If it came with 2 keys I would give them 5*'s!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My husband and I drove down from the Chattanooga area to look at a Suburban we found online. When we arrived we saw that they had added another to their inventory. We fell in love with it. We were going to trade in our vehicle to purchase the Suburban. We ran into a situation with it that we as experienced car buyers had never experienced. They helped us think of a solution. Once we resolved that issue, another issue that was new for them popped up with the vehicle we wanted to buy. Ray and Miguel had worked past closing and went above and beyond to get us in a vehicle to come home after we sold ours. This was definitely an unusual experience, but the level of customer service was amazing!! We would highly recommend Hertz Car Sales Stone Mountain to anyone!!!
Very smooth first time car buying experience. Patrick helped me to find a perfect car but unfortunately it had a minor recall and the part was back ordered. Patrick and the owner worked with me to find a different car and even matched the price of the one I wanted originally. I financed through my credit union so I was literally in and out within 30 minutes the day I came to actually purchase the car. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend Hertz Car Sales!
It was a clean and nice dealership. However, the car I was looking at was too highly priced and even though I showed them other cars from other dealers with way lower prices, they wouldn’t negotiate. It was a waste of my time.

Buying a car was no problem, however when trying to reach customer service it took me 2 weeks to speak with a person...after finding the problem, they push me off to the Jeep dealer for repair. I understand what as is mean... but with in my first 30...show some concerns. Make me think they knew there was a problem all alone...ijs
Bought a car and had to get some repairs done after 5 months of having it because it is not included with my warranty. They need to do full car inspections before they let customers drive off the lot. Il probably trade the car in after one more year.

I had a fantastic buying experience with Troncalli. Working with Chris was a pleasure. He has very good product knowledge and helped us make decisions along the way. I would absolutely choose Troncalli first when looking for another vehicle.
My sister had been looking for a car for a long time. The other dealerships did not take her seriously. We pulled up to ALM at the Mall of Ga. and was greeted immediately. She told them what see had seen on line. Ali & Tammy brought us snacks while we waited to see the car. The price on line was the true price. It was such a relief to have a honest salesman. Ali bought our dinner while she purchased her beautiful SRX. It was the least stressful experience I have ever had buying a auto. I would recommend Ali to anyone looking for a vehicle. I will be buying my next car from him.
Chris and josh were amazing. They got a deal done that couldn't be done at other chevy dealers. There goal is to make sure the customer leaves satisfied. My wife was overcome with joy when they said we're going to make sure you leave here with what you want. As a businessman I understand that when a customer comes into your establishment to do business make sure you do everything "within reason" to get the deal done because when they leave, your competitor will do everything they can not let them walk ot the door without a deal and what would have been your review and referrals.
