The customer service at Auto Fair was superior. The asking price from the original listing was actually lower than I would expect for a car with a warranty. The all around service was excellent and they were very helpful with all of my questions. I was taken well care of by Bill Jr. He is very honest and knowledgeable. He didn't even hide the fact that the car I was interested in was in a small crash and showed it to me on the carfax report. Everything was upfront and honest from the get go and he made me feel very confident, especially being the fact that I was buying a realitavely older car, a 2003 Buick Lesabre. Being an older car, of course there were minor repairs that needed to be done. Everything was fixed by the time I went to pick up the car. And it came with a 90 day warranty included at no cost. After driving the car for a few days, a couple of other problems popped up that were not detected in the test drive. Bill had no hesitation in repairing them even though they were not included under the 90 day warranty outline. The air conditioner still leaks out the Freon after a week or so, but Bill even said he would take care of that in the spring because you can't really test it in the winter and it is pretty much a trial and error repair at times with a slow leak. I finally found a car dealer and mechanic I can trust! I am enjoying my new (almost new lol) 2003 Buick! Luckily Auto Fair doesn't take as long to take care of things as I did to write this review. Sorry guys! Thank You Bill Jr.
Good car, but not much fun.

Had the hybrid about 4 weeks now. Great mileage...44 to 48 MPG so far. Great stereo, good phone integration so far. But man, this is not a fun car to drive. It's low on pickup and it is constantly changing between gas, electric and both. If you don't have the radio on, you hear all the sounds of the gas motor, electric motor, and electric accessory motors. But it's a good car, just not fun.

Bought my '06 Benz from L&S Automotive. Chris worked with me on the pricing and Greg was wonderful with the financing help. There were delays with my Credit Union loan, but the guys stuck in there and offered all kinds of help. Email and phone communication were excellent. Never pushy but extremely helpful. I owned this car for almost 11 years and drove almost 130,000 miles. The car still looks, drove, and handled very good. No major problems to report. Most costs were typical maintenance: tire, breaks, hoses, etc. The reason that I sold the car was that I didn't need to commute anymore, so a friend of mine purchased it from me; he commutes almost 40 miles one-way.

I was looking for new/newer used cars priced moderately and felt like everywhere I looked online was out of my price range. Finally fell upon this place on Internet and could not get over their huge inventory of cars, some newer, that I actually liked! Did the usual dealership review and wow, negative feedbacks enough to make you want to avoid this place. But then I ran into a coworker who told me he bought 3 cars here without a problem. Everything about this car is awesome. It's got an amazing set of features and upgrades that are comfortable and helpful while on the road. Love it. The only thing this car lacks is trunk space (it's taken-up by the batteries). For visualization's sake, it's about 30% smaller than a traditional mid-sized sedan trunk. Not a big deal to most, but worth noting for some.

I brought my 2005 Nissan Maxima in on Saturday because it kept stalling on me. I drove right up to the service garage and right in. I was met by David Cyr and Juan the second I stepped out of my car. I explained what was going on with my car within minutes My information was taken and Juan took my car to the back to look at it. I had someone follow me so I can run errors while they were looking at my car. I left and not long after that I received a phone call from David Cyr stating that Juan had found the problem and that with my permission they were going to start working on my car. They weren't sure if they had one of the parts they needed but I was given the option of a loaner car if my car had to stay over night. Five minutes go by and David called back and told me that they had the part and my car was going to be ready that day. All together it took less than a few hours to get my car done which would of took someone else a day or two and the price was less than what I expected. I have been other places and Hoffman Nissan service has topped every other place I have been. David was courteous, friendly and has amazing people skills. Juan is an amazing and an efficient mechanic. After the excellent service I received I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. I give these guys a 5 star rating.

I bought this car at 70,000 miles and have driven it for three seasons. My 2011 Fusion Hybrid is very sensitive to uphill / downhill driving to and from my workplace (7.4 miles). The gauge readout panel that shows the rising and lowering miles per gallon (60+ to 0) at the moment along with the green leaves being added or removed on the vines are a challenge for me to obtain the best possible gasoline fuel mileage. During the summer, I get about 53 miles per gallon of gasoline downhill to work and about 40 miles per gallon uphill from work. On the freeway this summer, I found the vehicle was better than expected at 40.5 miles per gallon. The fuel mileage does drop quite a bit during cold winter driving as the gasoline engine runs a lot more until the temperature gauge registers about 1/2 warmed up. The high-revving gasoline motor while cold also caused heavier breaking to slow down the Fusion Hybrid. During temperatures below 40 degrees, I get about 39 miles per gallon downhill to work and about 30 miles per gallon uphill from work. In autumn and winter the car's interior windows tend to fog up, so it is necessary to run the defrosters more than my previous car, the 1996 Plymouth Breeze. One repair was the result of the interior turn signals flashing very fast (with no rear exterior turn signals), resulting in an $800 repair. The car has very comfortable seats and seat adjustments, and the telescoping steering wheel makes for greater than normal comfort when a large heavy jacket in winter pushes me toward the dashboard. When the car is warmed up, the car is very quiet. I always was a person who used a key to unlock my car doors until the purchase of this vehicle, so I am still wanting to use a key to open the Fusion's door lock. But I must press the remote "unlock" button on the key or risking setting off the alarm within a few seconds of opening the car door. I like the various heat and air conditioning settings and the fan adjustment buttons, but to be picky, I would suggest the heat and fan buttons in the next updated version to be as large as the radio buttons. If I had a redo chance, I would purchase this car again.

It was great, except for the Front Passenger side Takeka (sp?) airbag which was among the apparently millions recalled since 2016. Otherwise, it was a truly wonderful car and got great gas mileage! As long as you ensure the defective original Front Passenger Air Bag was replaced, I recommend it highly.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. Good car, Misleading MPG

This vehicle does NOT get the 40+ mpg that it claims. I drive it to the on board computer coach recommendations and I only average around 36 mpg. 0-60 mph is almost 10 seconds, and Electric power rarely kicks in. With those specs in mind, I would get the same MPGs with a Toyota Camry or Honda Accord 4 cylinder, and with more horsepower. Do not buy this car unless you live in L.A. or similar city to truly see the benefits of this vehicle.

The hybrid cars are definitely taking over the roads, because we're trying to conserve resources, and lower emissions. Being now 7 years old, this car still performs very well considering the current advancements in technology. The engine fired up every time with the start-stop technology, the electric motor would move you along at up to 45 mph. I was easily getting city fuel economy at 40 mpg, but I mostly drive highway now, and it gets about 35 mpg. Microsoft Sync is definitely a great addition, I can listen to music, talk on the phone, and for some phones it can read your text messages for you.

I have probably purchased more than 15 vehicles in my lifetime. I have never worked with a car dealership more professional, thorough, and timely than Colonial Ford. Stephen Z. is unlike so many other car salesmen out there who bully you with sales pitches and follow up phone calls. Stephen is a genuinely kind and unassuming gentleman, who listened well and stuck with us to guide us to find the right Ford F150. There was no sales pitch, and we didn't feel pressured or rushed at any time. Stephen was patient and kind to our rambunctious and loud 3-year old, Owen, as we worked through the purchasing process. He made us feel relaxed and comfortable the entire time. My family had plans to go on vacation a few days after we purchased the truck. Stephen took care of everything to make sure that our "green gem" was Simonized, shiny, spotless, and ready to roll the day after we got back. He made sure a new bed liner (compliments of Colonial Ford) and the new tri-fold tonneau cover that we ordered were installed. Stephen even worked in cahoots with me while I was away, and he helped me to surprise my husband with an early anniversary present by adding a bed extender. He texted me with the information I needed from his personal phone after hours and sent me pictures of the truck to assure me that my surprise would go off without a hitch. We had a great experience at Colonial Ford. We walked in thinking about purchasing a new truck and walked out a few hours later having done so. If you drive 25,000+ miles annually like I do, you will LOVE this car. I can't remember the last time I only stopped at the gas pump once a week, but that is the most often I have to fill up my Fusion Hybrid. With Apple Car Play, I have access to everything I need on the go.

I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Great Hybrid. My mpg 15% higher than manufacturer's published rate. Very stylish. This is my first hybrid and as in most EV cars, you do not achieve quick acceleration. But the push button quiet (especially in EV mode) running machine make me want to get a pet dog Elroy.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Just purchased my 2nd Ford Fusion! My first was a 2010 and my new one is a 2017 Fusion Hybrid. This has been the best, most reliable car for our family. We have 3 boys who keep us very active with all their sports so being comfortable and dependability means everything!
