So far. Really like it. A smooth , passenger friendly vehicle.Less feeling of all the bumps on the road here in Michigan. A lot to learn in terms of operating. It'll take a while. Because the car can do so much.
All around great team to work with. I enjoyed the conversations with Jason V and Carter. It was my first time at this dealer and I will make sure to come back.

Overall? a great vehicle, I had a 2016 fusion Eco boost and the hybrid feels faster. The hybrid also handles better, maybe because of the added weight. I do not think I could own a vehicle without apple car play, by far on the best parts about the 2017 Fords.
I came in to buy a used car for my daughter. I had a great experience! I was a simple process and i will definitely recommend to others.

I had a Town Car that needed repair, so I rented a car from Enterprise. They rented me a 2017 Fusion SE Hybrid, and I fell in love in 3 days. I went to Enterprise Sales and bought a pre-owned one, and am in love with the darn thing. It is more comfortable than my Town Car and is fun to drive. It handles like a sports car around the curves, and it is quiet and tightly built. Best car I've ever owned, and I've had a LOT of them.
I drove one for a week as a rental. My wife test drove another we thought about buying. They were OK, but I soon realized that a lot of these 2017s in Kansas City - Wichita region were high-mileage rentals. The prices were OK, but the best years of the cars had been used up. Furthermore, several hand branded titles or reported to be in accidents. Credit the dealers for pointing this out, but buyers must consider this carefully when making a purchase. Finally, Consumer Reports had much better ratings for the 2016 Fusion Hybrid. We bought one and recommend it over the 2017.
I had been searching for a new truck for a while when I found exactly what I was looking for. I submitted the form to contact the dealer through Cars.com and was surprised to get a phone call from an actual person instead of some generic email. Since I live more than 100 miles from the dealership most of the sale was done by phone. I first spoke with Nikki Davis who told me a bit about the area and the dealership itself before putting me in touch with Lamar Elrod,my salesman. Both Nikki and Lamar talked to me like I was a friend. Lamar answered all my questions about the truck I found so that I was confident it was exactly the truck for me. He helped get everything done over the phone so all I had to do was drive over there. Because it was a working weekend for me they had to hold the truck until Monday evening. We arrived late Monday and they had the truck cleaned up and full of gas. They checked out my trade while I looked over the truck and drove it up the road. There were no issues at all for either side so we did the paper work. Even though it was getting late nobody there seemed to be in any rush and everyone was in a great mood. The guy handling all the paper work was great too, I only wish I could remember his name as well. These guys even had my trade in paid off before the end of the week. This has been the best buying experience I've had.

I’m a large guy and was worried about fitting in a car, this thing has more leg room than I need. It’s kind of impressive.
I purchased a F250 from the dealership last November . I was driving back from south Georgia last weekend 8/19/17 ( note only 3700 miles on the the truck ). My sun roof exploded and started falling into the truck . Nothing hit it is just sounded like a gun going off in the truck. I took the truck to the dealership on Monday . Dylan called me daily updating me on the status of the truck. I was told after a couple days that FORD was not going to cover it . Dylan got with Jacky Jones before calling me and the dealership covered the complete repair. Five star dealership in my book . I will be trading with them again in the near future. Thank you Dylan and Jacky .
Nice Car, But Somewhat Cramped

I leased this vehicle with a two-year contract and will not purchase when the lease is up next year. This is a car with lots of technology but the comfort for an older person like myself (I'm 70) is really not there. I broke a piece off my patella and had to wear a knee immobilizer. It was really difficult entering and exiting the vehicle (this is understandable). Even without the immobilizer my leg room seemed insufficient unless I pushed the seat all the way back (I most rode as a passenger) but I couldn't do that when I have adult passengers in the back seat. When I drove, the car drove very nice and has lane departure, automatic cruise control (adjusting speed for the vehicles in front of me), an excellent (best even over the luxury vehicles like Lexus) rear camera, automatic dimming headlights (I really love this feature), and an excellent radio with Sirius. Air conditioning, heating, air-cooled and heated leather seats (highly recommend having)are all high quality. The car looks nice, drives nice, but I just can't get used to the lack of roominess.
My sister had been looking for a car for a long time. The other dealerships did not take her seriously. We pulled up to ALM at the Mall of Ga. and was greeted immediately. She told them what see had seen on line. Ali & Tammy brought us snacks while we waited to see the car. The price on line was the true price. It was such a relief to have a honest salesman. Ali bought our dinner while she purchased her beautiful SRX. It was the least stressful experience I have ever had buying a auto. I would recommend Ali to anyone looking for a vehicle. I will be buying my next car from him.

I love this car! The only thing I wish it had is the alert beeping when going in reverse. The camera is great, just wish I got an alert that I’m too close. I was convinced I wanted a Ford Focus until I drove this one- so happy I moved forward with the fusion!
Two weeks ago we purchased a 2012 F350 Dually with approximately 35K miles. The truck was in fantastic condition. The dealer had it cleaned and waiting on us to test drive. The test drive, the initial sales contact and financing were as easy as the three previous vehicles I purchased from this dealer. Two days after the purchase, we picked up a nail in one of the rear tires. When the tire was being repaired, the technician pointed out that the tires were "cracking with age" and 9 years old. Needless to say we were surprised at the age of the tires. The tires had been cleaned and polished for our test drive and appeared to still have alot of tread life left. I called the salesman and asked was he aware he had sold us the truck with out of date tires. His answer was "do you think they are made the day the truck is made? They can stay in the warehouse 4 or 5 years at the factory before being put on a vehicle." My question was then why in the Ford manual does it say to replace tires every 6 years no matter the tread. He informed me he nor the dealership would do anything about the tires. I emailed the dealership's general manager, Berrong Kimsey, and expressed my concerns. As of today, I have yet to even receive an acknowledgement of that email.
How does a 5 year old truck with 35K miles have 9 year old tires? We are now having to replace all 6 tires for a cost of $1300-$1500!! The dealership said the truck went through a 27 point inspection before we could leave with it. Tire date must not be on that list. Not only does the Ford manual indicate a 6 year limit, the B F Goodrich website and the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration agree with the 6 year replacement.
For years I have encouraged friends and family to shop at Jacky Jones. But, that has changed.
This is the easiest car I’ve ever owned.

This car is amazing and so versatile. I’ve driven it all around the country and for its size and power to be getting 37-40 mpg you couldn’t ask for a better ride.
Steve Manley was my Service Advisor to do some repairs to my F250. Steve streamlined the process and handled every aspect of my visit and repair like it was his own truck. He answered every question with detail, and he kept me informed on what was going on with my truck. Thank you Steve, I very much appreciate your hard work!!

I just bought this vehicle and I absolutely love it!! It is so smooth and I love all of its features. 40 mpg or more also helps with the cost of fuel.
Keely Johnson was who helped me. I am an out of state buyer and she was absolutely caring and friendly throughout the whole process. When the car I was going to purchase became unavailable, she went out of her way to find a similar model. I was stunned because she didn???t try to just sale me something else that I didn???t want like most car salesmen/women would. Nonetheless, the whole experience was great and she made sure the car was clean ready and most of the paperwork was already done by the time that I got there. I also want to add that I got a great deal for a car with very low mileage and runs absolutely great!
