One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had

Ken Pollock Mitsubishi has definitely earned my repeat business. I popped in after seeing a used truck they had listed online for a great price. Ryan Daniels was the salesman who greeted me, and he couldn't have been friendlier. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, despite it being a Ram truck and not a Mitsubishi product, and made me feel comfortable and relaxed in what is often a stressful experience when car shopping. I appreciated his no-pressure, straightforward demeanor. That type of welcoming and at-ease attitude is just as important to me as the specifics of the vehicle when I'm shopping for a car, and Ryan nailed it. Truth be told, I was sold the moment I heard the engine growl when Ryan hit the remote start, but don't tell him that. ;-) After our test drive, Ryan and Dave were phenomenal. We settled on a great price, and even though I was already pre-qualified by a bank, Dave shopped around and was able to find me an even better interest rate. Even when I declined both the GAP insurance and extended warranty (preferring to shop around for them myself), their demeanor never changed and I never felt any pressure from them to purchase those products. My experience at Ken Pollock Mitsubishi has ensured that I'll be returning in the future.
