Great little truck. The look, feel and performance is amazing. The gas mileage is outstanding. All of the equipment inside is very well designed and looks nice.

I hate leaving reviews but car dealers have a excessive desire for them, made apparent by the numerous emails requesting them. So, here it is?. Overall it was a positive experience. Our salesman was friendly and personable. He answered the questions we threw at him and we communicated via text after leaving the dealership. The buying process was quick and easy especially since we paid with cash. It was a used car that we bought and there were some lights that were burnt out but that didn?t bother me because I replaced them all with newer brighter ones. Really my only gripe was that we only received one key fob with the car. We discovered this when we were finalizing the deal. So right out of the gate I have to take the time to have one made for an additional two to three hundred dollars. They did tell me that they have a guy that comes around and makes them at the dealership. My question is why didn?t they do that already? No dealership should sell a car without supplying two keys. I?m still leaving a five star review because the buying process was a pleasure and everyone involved was great to deal with. I?ll definitely consider them in the future for my next car purchase.

After many decades of driving all types of cars and pickups I have rediscovered having fun driving. Since my 64 Impala I look forward to getting in my Maverick Lobo and driving somewhere. I have been getting comments from strangers on how nice it looks. Also the performance is much different than i expected.

I really enjoyed the service and level of interaction with Moss Motor Sports (Mr. Rick Blevins). His service was timely, very professional and courteous. Their website had all the information I needed to make an informed decision about my purchase. Mr. Blevins was very patient regarding any questions about the vehicle and was available with critical information needed. Not only will I be shopping there again from Moss Motor Sports I will be making sure that friends looking for vehicles shop there as well. I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. Salesperson (Aussie) Steve was very energetic & personable. He Insisted we test drive our gently used Impala was appreciated. Sales Manager was very knowledge about warranties products they offer.

Weve been Toyota customers for several years but was impressed with the Ford options So we decided to check them out. The salesman Ryan Bloom was helpful but not pressuring and very knowledgeable of the product. While making the purchase, the business office was quick and efficient. We may have spent 15 minutes finalizing the purchase where it took two hours on a previous Toyota purchase. Ryan fully explained the service department and introduced us to the vehicle options and how to set them up. So long as the Escape holds up to our expectations, well return to Mize Ford on our next purchase.

AFTER STOPPING TO LOOK, I WAS APPROACHED BY DEE TO SEE IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS. HE SAID LET'S TAKE OT FOR A RIDE. SO WE DID AND WENT BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP TO MAKE THE PURCHASE. IT WAS SUPER EASY AND STRESS FREE AND DEE WAS SUPER INFORMATIVE ON THE TRUCK AND THE OPTIONS IT HAD. STOP BY IN YOURE LOOKING FOR A NEW TRUCK OR CAR, THE INVENTORY WAS GREAT, BUT NOWHERE AS GREAT AS THE STAFF AT CLEVELAND FORD

I have only been living in Chattanooga 3 months and scheduled my older Fusion for an overdue recall, or two. Fred impressed me, and from a mild interest in a newer, faster Fusion, I asked him to introduce me to one of the sales staff. Greg was very easygoing and we had a great time talking cars and other things. A short while later, Kris and I were finishing paperwork on a 325hp Fusion Sport. Oorah! Great overall experience.

Mountain View and Chris Yancey made my truck buying experience a good one. when I ordered the truck, the sales team made sure I got the truck I wanted even though I changed the order a time or two. After the truck was built, Chris let me know it was in and made an appointment for me to come pick it up. Chris and the finance department helped me get the financing that worked best for me. It was one of the quickest and least stressful car buying experiences I have ever had.
