I was in and out in just over 2 hours with a brand new Ford F150 Lariat. Gullo Ford Conroe has a customer for life. Beautiful facilities also!

After many decades of driving all types of cars and pickups I have rediscovered having fun driving. Since my 64 Impala I look forward to getting in my Maverick Lobo and driving somewhere. I have been getting comments from strangers on how nice it looks. Also the performance is much different than i expected.

I had a lovely, thorough review, but Cars.com isn't interested me in being thorough, probably why they are asking for a review after only three weeks with the car. So instead I'll say that it has had an issue with not working with the FordPass app the way it is supposed to - no huge surprise, Ford has led the industry in recalls and other QC issues for several years now. I like the truck generally and feel it was a decent value, but not a steal. It meets my needs. Great advertised price without any big hidden mark ups in the end like many other dealers. There were no games so I traveled a little farther to close the deal. Very smooth and fast in/out the dealership so I could get back home.

I rated the dealership separately, But I wanted to give special attention to the sales person and finance individual. The person who handled the sales process, Karl Alfeld Internet Manager, and JR, Fnance, in addition to the service department. They answered every question, provided a printout of the findings of the 40 point inspection and actions taken, demonstrated the cars features and handled the finance expeditiously. I would rate them a 10. At the age of 85, I've had a lot of experience with sales organizations and have rarely experienced this level of cooperation & forthrightness.

Planet ford spring was a joy to buy a car from. The salesman (Leo) was great and listened to what I required and came through a little better than I requested. All the staff was friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend this dealership after trying several others.

Joe Mayer Ford is the best dealership I have ever been to in Houston, TX. After calling the Tomball Ford I purchased my car at, about a window that would not roll up I tried Joe Myers. They looked at my vehicle with hours of my car being dropped off, compared to many other places telling me they would not be able to do the same for about 4 days. Jordan in the service department expedited the part and I had car ready a full day early! Simply amazing and the most helpful service time I have ever dealt with.

Salesman knowledgeable about vehicle we purchased and answered any questions arose. Salesman was very happy to show me as many vehicles as I wanted to look at or drive.
