We bought a 2020 Ford Explorer in April our outstanding salesman was Thomas in used cars he took care of us above and beyond and we’re so grateful unfortunately we had issues in August and had to bring our vehicle in the first service technician was not so good kept telling us what they couldn’t do and nothing about what they could then i believe the best service technician stepped in an made this what we were thinking was going to be a nightmare a more pleasant experience and handled all of our issues thank you Thomas our salesman and Glen our service technician for giving us a piece of mind !!!! Called due to low tire pressure light came on. Figured it was due to crazy weather but experience has taught me to have it checked out. To my surprise, not only did they fit .e in for that, but I mentioned I will need appt for service and like magic, they were able to do that too. Hats off to Drew and Tech.and a big thanks for finding the lost billfold!

Jerry in Service Department was excellent. He went above in providing excellent service from providing transportation (uber) and assisting me find my lost phone. Super impressed with replacing my battery and left my car in better condition. Staff cleaned interior and exterior of my car. Kudos to Jerry. I will definitely recommend and will return. Thank you Jerry for making servicing stress free .

Had a oil change done a few months ago and was due for another. Asked them to check to see why it was leaking. They informed me the oil filter was put on loose and it was their error. I was released it was something they admitted to doing. Their honesty just makes me feel I can always trust them in service and purchasing a car there. They made real good on their mistake and took really great care of me and my car. To the point they even came to my home to clean the oil spots in my garage and my daughters driveway. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I wanted to commend the service department on their professionalism. I had Johnny take care in a recall for my Ford Transit Connect. They did an overall inspection and suggested a few services that should be done. He didn’t try to scare me to do them and did only the services I authorised after he took the time to explain how they perform the work.
