Everything from the time I first made contact with Clark my salesman to the time I walked out the door with my new 2019 F 350 was better than I have ever experienced! Had a sparkplug blow out while traveling. Repair done in less time and for less expense than expected. Service manager was friendly and professional. Since we're not from around here, recommending them to anyone else probably won't happen but that's the only reason why. Only minor gripe, chairs in waiting area are showing their age and could stand replacement.
I just purchased my first vehicle from Riley and found their team to be exceptional in answering my online questions, preparing for my visit to the dealership, managing the sale, and walking me through the vehicle introduction. Great team of professionals.

Amazing work the only thing I wish this car had was wear I can move petals and it remember our setting. Thank u if you can figure out why we didn't get the petals that move and the seat that memory because the one we were shown had the petals that move and seat memory.
The lease on my 2015 C-Max ended and I needed to lease another vehicle. Unfortunately, Ford has discontinued the C-Max, which I loved, so I selected an Escape. Love the care and the dealership and sales person were outstanding. I had been using the dealership for service on the C-Max because it's less than a mile from where I work. They have been excellent as s service option so I figured I should buy my next vehicle from them. Everything worked out perfectly.
I brought in my old(2001) Xterra for service and repair. They had the vehicle for a day and got everything done in a timely fashion and at a very reasonable price. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend this dealership.
Bought my Lexus from Chris Ward at Classic Ford in Madison and truly could not be happier. He was very accommodating to my needs, patient and helpful. I did not fall in love with the first vehicle I looked at that I intended to buy based off my own research. He kindly made suggestions and ultimately found the best choice for me. I was extremely pleased with the efficiency of my service at Moon Hyundai. One the service center was easy to make an appointment with. Two, they were kind enough to send a reminder. Three, they were prompt with greeting me and making me feel comfortable during my wait. Four, the waiting area was comfortable. Five, the wait time was short and exactly as promised. Finally everyone was nice and accommodating and so efficient. Everything was explained and my car was waiting steps away. Had a very good experience. The staff was very friendly. Jerry Jones was my salesman and he was very nice, he knew his job. He explained every thing very well. He showed me cars that he thought I might like and gave me the time to decide which vehicle I wanted to purchase. He was not a pushy salesman. I would recommend him as a very good salesman. He answered all of my questions very well. He did not try to sale me a car that I wasn't looking at. He was very informed about the cars he showed me. I recently broke down in Natchez while working in the Mississippi area and Sango Dodge was recommended to me by a family member to make repairs on my truck. I was extremely happy with the service managers ability to schedule my truck for repairs in such a short time. I would highly recommend this dealerships service department. Overall, I have always had a successful experience with Keyser Miller. I have used Them for both of the Escapes that I use...one 1 own & 1 I lease from Them. My Salesman (Rick) and the Service Desk, for example Mark have always been nice to work with.
I was very nervous, and my boy freind to me to go there. I can’t say enough about this dealership. Our Sales Goddess was Pam Weeks. We drove from Las Vegas to come see Painters inventory since The Mitsubishi lot here in Vegas didn’t have the Eclipse Cross I wanted nor did they seem to want to even get me what I wanted. From the moment on the lot Pam was friendly but never pushy. She let us test drive the vehicle alone, which is great because it gives you time to look at the features and not feel pressure.
Honestly this was the easiest sale I’ve ever done. The staff was so friendly and really made you feel they wanted ME to be happy but them wanting a sale. Pam listened to us and what I wanted to get out of the deal and she really worked her butt off to get it. Pam and Tamara (plus the staff) really wanted to see us happy. It wasn’t about just making the deal. They stayed late the next day (past their closing) since there is a time difference. But didn’t rush anything. Made sure I knew every button on my new car before I drove off. Seriously amazing staff! Thank you for making me one happy girl with my new car at a price that I couldn’t get anywhere else!

My 2018 ram 1500 Laramie had an issue fueling at the gas pump, I deduced that it could be the charcoal canister. When Berna from the dealership called me back she confirmed that the maintenance department agreed with my diagnosis. She said my truck would be in the shop for four days end it was completely covered under warranty zero dollar deductible and a free one rental vehicle for me to use in the meantime. Although I was a little upset about my truck being in the shop and being so new, I was very pleased with the service and they got the job done in three days instead of four.

He said car was already sold, but there was no sold sign on the car nor was the ad removed. He was not too cordial or anxious to find something else for me.
My wife and I were considering trading in our 2 cars and only have one. I did my research and knew what my price was going to be. We dealt with Tommy Smith as our sales rep. Tommy is young and eager but not pushy. He did an excellent job taking care of us. We also dealt with Mack. He worked hard to get to a price we could both agree on. The only problem was I was NOT aware or the dealer installed options to the tune of $1288. This extra amount was VERY close to a dealer breaker. Something has to be done to inform the buyer of the dealer options sooner in the buying process. Other than that the experience was as pleasant as buying a new vehicle can be. It did take much longer than I expected to finalize the sale.

Just leased a new Infiniti through Ron Murray at Lokey Infiniti. Ron was upfront and transparent throughout the entire process. Most of the negotiation was done via e-mail, which accommodated my schedule much better than visiting the dealership. Ron ran the numbers for me on several vehicles so I could consider multiple options. Great pricing and good communication throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend reaching out to Ron if you are in the market for an Infiniti.
