The facility was nice and the car choices are good. My dealer seemed distracted. They did not appear busy but he didn't seem interested in my being there. I felt I was pulling him from something more important. The prices seemed fair. I would only recommend if you want to get in buy and leave.
For a first time buyer I had a excellent experience at Hendricks l, they helped me get in my new 2019 Ram 1500, everybody was helpful from walking in at the dealership to signing the papers to close the deal I would defiantly recommend this to everybody I know.
I was hesitant about buying from them but the experience was fantastic! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car. Eugene was the guy that helped me and I felt very comfortable buying a car from him. Everyone there was very polite and helpful. The receptionist were excellent also. I cannot say enough great things about them. I would like to meet the owner and express my feelings about his dealership.

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Great management team and Kim in finance was more than courteous. My salesman, Roger, could not seem to follow through on keeping his word. He was to follow up with me again on 1 last issue. Of course I haven't heard from him since.
The whole experience seemed rather impersonal to me. When I walked in the front desk was very nice. But I was sent to a computer to “shop”, then the vans were brought up front to test drive. No one around to ask questions about the vehicle. Then when I sat down to finally talk to a sales associate it was very dry, facts only, matter of fact and ended with “we can’t work with the amount you have.” I walked away feeling very disappointed with the whole process and experience.
Michael Jamison was great to work with. Town and Country of Bessemer had 80
4x4 F-150 trucks in-stock. The selection was great but a lil overwhelming at first when searching online. I picked up the phone and called T&C and was transferred to Michael Jamison. He was eager to help without driving me crazy. Without ever stepping in the lit he narrowed down my search to about 3 trucks. (He actually did this after hours). I got a text with three links. The next morning he meet me a few minutes (before opening) and showed me the 1 I wanted to see. I liked it and he allowed me to head to work as he worked on my best price. After a lil negotiating and a lot of prayer (no joke, God cares about the little things) we sealed the deal. Michael and Town & Country was great to work with. Michael Jamison is definitely my recommendation if your looking for a vehicle but don’t like the hassle of a pushy rep. I’ll be back!
