I have to say these guys were the best. Understanding in a stressful situation for my husband and myself. Got us into a new flex the next day. Great dealership, great sales guys, great finance guy. Very helpful even though we went through our own bank. We will be buying from them again.
It was great buying this car, i had researched it, followed up with METRO FORD and bought it new form them in OCT 2015. Since then the experience has been totally positive for all my service needs and the customer service and follow up are outstanding.
Quentin Johnson is a phenomenal sales rep- knowledgable about the vehicles, without the aggressive sales pitch I have come to expect car shopping. I would purchase a Mercedes from him any day, and Plaza is truly lucky to have him on their team.

Yes it's a fast cool dream car. Rides nice and live the exhaust too. Handles great around the curves. I love the color also it's a great color
I located a specific 2017 Expedition EL at Porcaro Ford and Shawn Moore quickly responded to my online inquiry. It is an 8-hour drive between me and Racine, but Shawn did two separate FaceTime sessions with my wife and me and was always responsive to my follow-up questions. Nicole in Finance was also very helpful in helping arrange my financing. Quality vehicle...fair price...good customer service.

Bought Premium, it has all the bells and whistles. The only thing I don't like is the cup holders are not covenient and the back seat for extra guests sit in the wind with the top down. No complaints.
Peppy to aggressive when its needed, comfortable, customizable digital dash.
I would like to take time to thank Chuck Rizzo for a great car shopping experience. Everyone was helpful in making sure that everything was done to get me into my new Ford Escape. I would recommend them to anyone!
My wife and I recently went shopping for a nice but inexpensive car for our 16 year old daughter. Brad was great to work with. We feel that we got a very reasonable deal on a 2011 Ford Fiesta. Even though we were buying possibly the least expensive car on the lot we weren’t treated any differently than had we been buying the most expensive. Brad was very professional and a pleasure to do business with. I cannot remember his name but the man that finalized all the paperwork was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with as well. My wife will be shopping for a different vehicle in a year or two and this will be our first place to look.
David exhausted every resource and used every trick he had in his bag to help me out.
He was kind and patient with both my wife and I through the whole process. He took both her feelings, and mine into account while trying to help us. We also had a screaming baby sitting in the backseat with him while test driving the car I was looking at.
I am almost impossible to work with and I know that. David Arem could very easily have become frustrated with my antics, but he hung in there with a great attitude.
David Arem will always get the first shot at my business.

Great weekend, or every other night outing. Stylish, loud, turns heads for sure. Great car to take around curvy roads and ride out that 7500rpm red line for optimum power.
I stopped by several months ago and left with a great impression. I enjoyed my visit with Lou. He and his managers took good care of us and we returned to buy our 2nd Tucson from them. We appreciate the hard work.
I purchased a used BMW i3 at Melbourne BMW and my experience was fantastic. Jo Carter worked with me in every way to make this an enjoyable, stress free buying experience. She is highly knowledgeable of the vehicles, friendly and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this dealership.

This is my third Mustang GT ('01, '08 previously). I drove the '08 to over 250k miles and it is still on the road - I hope for a similar experience with the '18. Owner experience on the '18: I LOVE THIS CAR. Mine is Kona Blue, PP1 with the six-speed. I'm a dinosaur so I didn't opt for all the bells and whistles. It's pretty basic but it is perfect for me. Performance-wise, none of my previous vehicles would start to go sideways in second pulling onto the highway. I leave the traction control on with this car. Engine tick is reported for some of these. I don't believe I have this yet (I'm at 14k miles). Others have reported on YouTube that they've had issues but I suspect most have pushed their cars pretty hard (I'm being nice). Nothing in the sales lit indicated the car came with Ford Racing support... The spray bore tech has me a little concerned for the long-term but this car is such a thrill to own/drive that I'm willing to see how it shakes out. The manual trans is not as quick as the auto version but I didn't buy it to drag race. Driving this car with the manual trans is an incredible amount of fun.
Very friendly and accomodating. Professional Worked with us to reach a deal that met our needs. Quick process from beginning to end. Would definitely buy from them again
Worst vehicle I’ve ever owned

Runs excellent unfortunately it has paint issues where it is chipping down to the metal and no one wants to take responsibility! Expensive vehicle that’s just not worth the money. I would recommend buying anything else but a Ford Mustang GT new.
Our family just had the best time buying a Ford F-150 Lariat and I wanted to make sure I gave credit where credit was due.
(1) Wonderfully Communicative - Jason Lehner, the delearship manager, was amazing. Since we know little about cars but wanted to venture into truck ownership, we turned to a relative who is 1000s of miles away for help. This didn’t phase Jason at all. He answered every text, email and call with care and worked effortlessly with someone he never met in person. My relative is a bit of a hard cookie to crack so we were all impressed at how Jason was able to navigate the rapid fire questions and concerns.
(2) Stellar Price - We did approach other dealers but Waterford Ford simply offered the best price for our custom order. We feel like we walked away with an fantastic price for a brand new 2018 custom Lariat order.
(3) Straight Shooter - Jason never tried to sell us something for the sake of selling. We didn’t feel overwhelmed with the options or that we were making a mistake by not buying an additional feature. He was polite, listened and ensured we were comfortable with the order BUT we never felt pressured to take on more.
The best part was when we finally went in the sign papers! Michael O'Brien, the manager emeritus, saw that I had kids in tow and offered to have the car sent to our home since we couldn’t bring it back on the same day. It made my life so much easier! Seriously. That small gesture made my year. And now I have a gorgeous new ride.
