William Phillips made it so easy to buy my new truck a 2019 F-350 Platinum that is Black. It was so great working with him because he made the experience effortless. Friendly Ford of Crosby has great people working for them and I will be back to buy my next vehicle from them.
I really like having my car serviced here. I feel like my service rep knows me and cares about this issues I bring him with my car. They do the job right every time and you leave very satisfied. You don't just feel like another number with car problems.
Overall 4 stars. Didn't give it 5 stars only because I dropped off my car at 9:45am for a 10am apt. Had some errands to run and asked if they could wash it once oil change was complete since i was in no hurry, (remember -I was dropping it off). I got a call back about 2pm that it was ready but we were still running errands, I asked what time they closed. I was told 5pm but to be there by 4:30. We arrived at 4pm and after letting the counter person know i was there for my car they realized it hadn't been washed so they said it would be a quick 5 minute wash, I waited approximately 20 minutes! Not a big deal but my car was ready at 2pm and you waited until i arrived to go wash it??? So not really a big deal but just wished it would have been done before i arrived but in the end it was a free car wash. Gave the facilities 3 stars because major renovation is occurring but I'm sure once it's all complete it will be great. So overall 4 stars.
The worst part was they had to get my truck from another dealership in Corpus and so I really felt pressured into signing and I had not even actually seen the truck but from a picture so then they told me it would be delivered the next day(Wednesday) and all I had to do was come in look at it give my keys up and take the new (paperwork signed) but the truck did not get delivered and was told it would be there in the morning(Thursday) but again it did not show and the sales person informed me the driver was minutes away on the Beltway at 2:30 PM so I showed up about 3:30 or 4:00 and still know truck and the sales person even showed me the texts from the delivery company and even the delivery company boss said she had know control over the driver (ridiculous)but the truck did finally show up about 5:30 or I really did not like driving my truck around for an extra couple days because someone almost ran in to me and I don`t think you would have given me $25000.00 for a wrecked truck on otherwise the sales person was helpful and courteous.
Awesome experience. Quick swift and easy, just like they advertised. One of the best experiences I had while in the process of buying a vehicle. My sales associate was knowledgeable (Heather) if y’all go tell her I sent ya. Plus I was trying to get a used car and she helped me get into a brand new vehicle!

Chris communicated with me by email and was incredibly patient throughout the discussion. We were able to work out an agreement via email and my wife, Michelle, and I went to the dealership to finalize the purchase. When we arrived, with Michelle's 89 year old father in two, Chris greeted all three of us with incredible respect. He made the process as smooth as it could have been and we could not be happier. Chris made certain the car we chose and our experience exceeded our expectations.
I have an extended warranty but it goes beyond that. Drew is totally awesome! He contacts me with all issues explaining what’s covered and what’s not. What need maintenance and service that’s need now! He try to same me money st all times. Drew should be cloned. I can reach him at all times
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Rees was my greeter and was an excellent source of information and sales expediter. Rees explained the CarMax process and then Listened to the car features I required. He did searches of car max inventory, searches of manufacturers’ sites for additional info, and requested transfer of a vehicle from another location. There was no pressure to buy (CarMax has a five day return policy). Paperwork was efficient, and I even got help getting both the car I bought and the car I arrived in home. It was my first solo car buying experience so I especially appreciated that I got a car that suited me at a fair price and no hassle
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
