My beef is with the call center not the dealership. The call center lied about the car being diagnosed. I finally found out after my 3rd phone call that no one even looked at the car. I went to pick up the car the next day and take it somewhere else when I met Wade the service tech. Thru him got everything resolved and they repaired that day beyond my expectation
You only have one time to make a great impression. I was really impressed with dealership! I would recommend Chauncey Kuykendall! He was very helpful and he will do what he can to ensure your visit is pleasant and not a waste of time. And more importantly you drive what you like and more importantly what you want!

I have been sesrching for a low-cost second car since May. It is now late November. In the past, I have been sent on test drives by other dealers selling in this price range in cars with no gas, rotten tires, and systems barely hanging on. (I seriously feared for my life in the car with no working windshield wipers!).Cut to the important part: my experience with AutoNation Ford Marietta (GA) was thoroughly professional, honest, and considerate. I took the car to my mechanic, who pronounced it in sound condition, despite high mileage. AutoNation had already made the repairs to make this car safe and affordable. I anticipate only minor maintenance in the near future. I would definitely recommend this dealer to a friend.
Lionel Amachree was a huge help. His customer service is what you look for in a cars salesman. He answered every question I had and was very friendly. His help is the only reason I walked out of the store with keys in my hand.
This place is fabulous to buy a car from! Typically I play the "bad guy" when helping my mother shop for a new car. When we went to look at her dream car, A white Mercedes SLK350 and speaking to Jeremy Hartzler for a few minutes, I felt She was in good hands. Both he and Greg Trask (Finance mgr) went above in beyond to get my mother the best possible deal. Even after the deal has closed and signed Everyone in that office has been so kind, and willing to help my mom figure out all the new technology in her new ride. It feels like buying a car from family, they really have taken what's usually a nerve racking and stressful task to a pleasant experience. THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

We got a pretty good deal on our new Ford Escape, HOWEVER, the finance guy was rude to me and my wife when we did not buy any of the extended warranties or protection services. He put down the wrong city and zip code on our paperwork and we did not receive any loan information until after our first payment was overdue. The dealership manager was not helpful at all in resolving the problem. I spent 2 hours trying to call the Ford Credit people to get the account information and to get the first payment in. NOBODY at the dealership seemed to care in the least bit that we had a very hard time because of their mistake.
Great service from start to finish. I found a great looking Jeep Wrangler at this dealership. The staff was very helpful and friendly through the purchasing process. If you visit Nalley Ford Sandy Springs, Ask for Niteisha Knuckles.
I traded in my 2012 Ford Raptor for a 2018 Ford Raptor. I came in for a service and decieded to see what my trade in value would be. Wow, a dealership that offers a fair trade in value! A great trade in value without hassle- Check! Now onto the new car purchase.
