Darren took care of this service with the usual great service that we always get from him and the staff at Cortese Ford. Whatever the problem he/they take care of it. We have been having our vehicles serviced here for over 40 years and we will keep taking our vehicles there. Darren's name is not below but he gets 5 stars also.

Purchasing a brand new car is a rear event in my life so I chose Van Bortel Ford because I trust Kitty who stands upon her word. Normally I buy a lightly used car and drive it for 6 or so years. You could imagin my excitement to purchase my brand new 2014 Escape. Excitment quickly turned to dismay after I soon discovered there was a water leak from the windshield, saturating a portion of the driver side headliner. Van Bortel service finally fixed the water leak problem after several attempts. Personally, I always dispised a headliner with those ugly water stains, and now I own a car that will have a long running ugly water stain. Van Bortel promised to stand with me to either clean the headliner or even replace it if the water stain persists. Recently I brought my Escape in to have the water stain treated again or have the headliner replaced. Also the leather seat devoloped a series of cracks that I definately was not happy about, so I also brought the seat to their attention. Service again washed the headliner plus Ford, Van Bortel, and I split the cost of the new leather seat covering to replace the cracked one. Thank you for standing behind your word Van Bortel Ford even for interior up keep!
Although service was great I did not get a chance to personally meet my service advisor but he did great job with keeping me informed an up to date with service. thought the service advisor that did assisted me was rude 1. service advisor did not acknowledge me when I walked through door 2. He was on what sounded like an personal call on his cellphone for about 5mins before assisting me 3. Poor customer service
i returned after 5 years to see Steve Miller for a new truck. Met Steve 10 years ago and though i did not buy a truck from him i remembered his great service so i bought my next truck from him in 2013. He does a great job getting me the most for my money and i returned to see him again. He did not disappoint. Thanks Steve.
Most recently had an oil change on an Explorer. This was not my first service performanced by Cortese as I have used them several times in the past for my previous car. The service is always performed as expected and the staff is friendly. Additionally, the cost of service is definitely fair for the quality of work performed. I highly recommend!!
Have purchased 2 other vehicles from Van Bortel???s and Have always had a great experience. Paul did a great job explaining the features of the Ford Edge. The service has always been excellent . Never high pressured to buy.
Took my car in for service without an appt they allowed me to drop my truck off and leave it overnight, fixed it and happy. Only negative was I wanted sales to give me a trade in # for a new truck and sales dropped the ball. Not service they were great. Yanni was my guys name
