I can't say enough about how pleasant this car purchase was. Ryan was very low key but eager to do what he could to help us get into the car that we were there to get. I originally found the car on-line and just happened to be in the area, so I figured I would stop in to take a look. He didn't act like the typical vulture that attacks you as you step onto the lot. He simply said hello and stepped back while we looked but kept himself available for questions. We actually did not come to a deal on that first trip, and we were both totally ok with it. I called him back almost a week later and we were able to work something out. I told him I'd like to think about it over night and he said to "take as much time as you need". I drove back up their (2.5 hours) 2 days later and made the purchase. This probably wouldn't have happened had Ryan been pushy. We had a blast driving our new car home and I've been happy with it since. I was very impressed with Ryan.

My family and I had an amazing experience at this location. Our sales representative, Terry, was not only accommodating but also understanding of our financial situation. Terry went above and beyond when financing our vehicle. He tried multiple financial institutions, and he advocated for our case. Finally, after his hard work and dedication to our financing, Terry supported us in driving home a 2015 Kia Optima with only 51,000 miles and a clean title history. Additionally, we had a trade-in that was not running, and Terry stayed late on a Saturday to tow the vehicle, designate a loner vehicle, and secure an appointment for early the following week. Received excellent care during my first visit at Liberty Ford in Brunswick. Craig johnson was very proffessional and took his time answering my questions and the entire staff was friendly. my car is back to normal and i feel comfortable and confident recommending them if you are considering them for your next repair.
Went there to look at a different vehicle, but when I saw it, I changed my mind. Not that it was horrible or anything, but it was a bit more "used" than what I was interested in. But, they have quite a selection of used vehicles, and it wasn't long before I found the Envoy that I wound up buying.
This is a no nonsense, no frills kind of a place, and they keep their prices reasonable.
All in all, a positive experience, except for one small thing. They wanted me to use my ATM card instead of accepting a check. That required a phone call to my bank to get permission to make a purchase that was above the cards limit. Not a great big deal, but a bit of a hassle.
I never knew buying a car could be so easy! I was looking for a nice used vehicle, when I came across National Car Mart. I never heard of this dealership but I’m so glad I found them. Larry Bauer was the friendliest and most helpful salesman ever. I purchased a 2006 Trailblazer with decent mileage, great body, for a great price. They repaired an issue with the Trailblazer before I drove it off the lot and will be detailing it for me. I highly recommend Larry at National Car Mart.

Salesperson went above & beyond — locating a specific vehicle, delivering vehicle to customer, staying after hours, etc.
He was very forthright in his overview of the Porsche 968 I inquired about. He is extremely well versed on the mechanical side of the discussion which i really appreciated. I chose to buy another car because I was about 1500 miles from his location. But if my local deal fell through I was going to arrange travel to meet them and check out the Porsche 968.
