After initially being told by an input person (who spoke to a quality assurance person) my warranty on my new 2018 Silverado did not cover windshield stress fractures I contacted a GM rep. Result was that the Moses service manager contacted me and eventually, after I took vehicle in for inspection, he inspected and approved the windshield replacement. From that point on the service was excellent!
This was my first time buying a vehicle on my own... My husband passed away in October and it has been difficult on my own. Mike Allan, my sales rep did not know this but he treated me with such kindness and professionalism; I thought he had been with this dealership for MANY years... I was so surprised to find out he has only been working there for 2 months!! I sure hope this gentleman is kept on-board for many years to come! He knew we had traveled well over 3 hours to receive a good deal on a Ford that is hard to find. He kept on the process so we could get back on the road as quickly as possible. The salesman, department manager, and financial officer were professional, direct and open concerning all aspects of the buying experience without feeling pressured. You can tell the staff is well trained to consider how they would want to be treated during each step of purchasing a vehicle.
I will consider them for future purchases even though I am over 3 hours away.

The staff was excellent, worked on the fly to anticipate out arrival to test drive a very specific used X3. The sales agent even got the car pulled out and had it cooled off in advamce of our arrival. The process was simple, stress free, and most importantly none pressured approach.

When your viehicle you have purchase has a problem then you find out what kind of people you are dealing with..as mine 2017 ram truck did have a problem 16 day after purchase .took to my local ram dealer and contacted Fred he in turn put me in touch with Clett and both men worked to find the best solution and they did very satisfied great place to trade ,Clemon
