About a month ago I came looking to trade my old vehicle in for a used car. The salesman I worked with, Josh Arnold, did a great job asking questions about what I was interested in and my budget. He was very friendly, knowledgeable about the cars on the lot, and genuinely interested in making sure I was happy. I ended up purchasing a used Cadillac, which I am very pleased with. I never felt pressured, got a very fair price on my trade, and was able to work out a deal I felt good about. The entire staff was pleasurable to work with. Cody was our sales person and laughed right along with us around every turn and bend through the process. The rest of the team we encountered were just as great. For a time that can be pretty exciting yet stressful they all attempted to make it the least stressfull they could. Cody and the rest of the team were very accomidating when our minds changed or found ourselves in over our heads...and best of all...no pressure to buy something we couldn't afford just to make a sale. If we said it was beyond our budget they worked with us to find something we were going to be happy with that was within our budget. Great Job guys!!!
While traveling to Cleveland the day before Thanksgiving, our Veracruz died on the I90 turnpike in the middle of the night and was towed to Webb Hyundai. James and Rich in the Service Department were absolute lifesavers and made it priority to get us back on the road asap. The repair (a bad alternator) was very reasonable and service was exceptional. Without their help (Nico too), our holiday would have been ruined. Everyone involved went above and beyond and treated us like family. Many many thanks to them all. Webb Hyundai is simply outstanding!!
Everything was excellent but the total price to fix my car labor was 5 times the price of the parts. Grant it we had the money but just weeks before Christmas we spent almost 900 dollars there goes Christmas but thanks for fixing it in a timely manner.
Got a great deal on a 2017 Camaro! Paid $3,000 under NADA retail listing. Was offered new tires with the deal even though the car only had 17,000 miles on it. Very satisfied. I even have it serviced there with no problems.
Quentin Johnson is a phenomenal sales rep- knowledgable about the vehicles, without the aggressive sales pitch I have come to expect car shopping. I would purchase a Mercedes from him any day, and Plaza is truly lucky to have him on their team.
Exactly one month ago, I was in the market for a Mercedes Benz CLA 250 and they had one. It was the right price, the right color, the right mileage. I didn't call before hand to set up an appointment, but that didn't make a difference. I was made immediately comfortable by Marvin. He introduced himself and put me at ease. My sales expert, Dave, was frigging awesome. He knew so much about the car. When I wasn't sure if I wanted it or not (at first I was underwhelmed), he had me test drive a BMW 320i for a comparison. I still wasn't convinced, so Marvin suggested I take it home overnight. Everyone agreed and of course, I fell in love with it. I traded in a car and they gave me a fair market value. I did come with my own financing so it made the transaction totally smooth. 2 weeks after I had the car, Dave called me to see if I was still in love and to check on me. He also reminded me that I can bring it there for servicing. This was the easiest and smoothest process I have ever had when buying a car. Everyone here is wonderful and I will always come here. Worked with Cory Fuhrman. He's knowledgeable & honest. We looked at Fords and Kias. He understood that I had to have a great fit for my back. We didn't buy from Dorsch, but it was because another car had a seat that worked better for me. Go buy a car from him!
Chris was great to deal with in purchasing a new truck. He was extremely helpful through the entire process, and I always felt like I was receiving his direct and undivided attention when dealing with him. There was no pressure, no hidden fees or surprises. Chris gave me his personal number so that I could reach him directly and was always prompt in answering my questions. The entire experience was simple and easy, and I left with a fantastic truck that I???m very happy with. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a new vehicle go see them.
My issue was resolved by service manager Dawn.
I had asked for a written estimate. I did not get one; instead Service proceeded to do the repair without my authorization which totaled approx $339. I told them I wanted to go elsewhere for a Freon recharge while they did it anyway for a charge of $280. They adjusted my invoice and refunded $207.
Not only do they do the service work but they also take care of recalls. They have done this three times for me. Always great service .
