Brought in my 2014 Denali Yukon to trade for a new body style gmc. Found what I was looking for and they fixed all the issues I had with the vehicle. There was just one thing there were a lot of little things. Taillight, sunroof, headliner, interior carpet and a few other things. They were all addressed without any questions. They had the car more than a few days for the fixes and loaned me a car for the wife and kids while it was there. Very happy with salesmanship and service. Top notch! Will purchase again when I’m ready for a new truck.
If you're buying, call Brian Giroux. If you're taking your car in for service, use Alan Solis. I've purchased two cars from BMW of Austin; both of which were great experiences. Brian was knowledgeable, helpful, not pushy, and was super polite to me, my wife, and daughter each time. Alan Solis in service is also amazing. He's kept me informed every time I take my car in, made sure I had a loaner if it was a longer appointment, and breaks down what can wait, and what needs to happen now. Both of these guys are phenomenal and I HIGHLY recommend them.

They spent a lot of time working with me and when it was all said and done I felt they were extremely fair. This was overall the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
Found a vehicle that I was ready to buy but their no haggle pricing was too high. As an online only dealer without brick and mortar investment they should offer very attractive pricing. I managed to find a similarly equipped car for a much more attractive price. Their customer service was great so if you find a car that you like and you like the price I would not hesitate buying from them.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. I have had my car serviced at this location since 2011. I've always had a good experience. Although I've never bought a car at this Maxwell Ford, I would recommend the service department. I especially like that they have female service advisors.
I have a 2012 Ford Focus so naturally my car has needed to be serviced many times. Every service technician I've ever worked with has been incredibly kind, and patient with all my questions. My last two visits were with Jason and he is great. He talked me out of pushing my car off a cliff. Highly recommend!
