Firstly, I was introduced to Hugh Bealka on a very busy Saturday. I wasn't intending on buying an Audi, but just browsing. After Hugh showed me the Q5 and going on a test drive, I was convinced that this might be the one. I was also looking at a new Lexus sedan. Thinking through it more carefully, I wanted to stay with an SUV and AWD. My wife and I proceeded with the Q5 purchase and Hugh was nothing short of fair, professional and genuine throughout the entire process. The dealership is spectacular and clean. If you ever want to consider a beautiful, excellent dealership, go to Audi of Maplewood and ask for Hugh. You will be very comfortable with the full process as Hugh will show you.
they gave real description for the car on phone call, and I found the car on ground as it is described, I came from state of Wisconsin ,to Minnesota ,and the stay with me till 8:30 pm and moreover ,this is the 1st time unlike the other dealer ,they put the tank FULL of gasoline !!! which save me time to fill the tank on that heavy snowy day which I have to return home soon with 1:30 hour trip .they answer all my questions
Called in after seeing a large amount of oil under my 2018 Ram. Service got me right in, diagnosed the problem, informed me of situation and fix, fixed it up and had me on my way in no time at all. Overall great job!
We came in to look at a vehicle and test drove a couple Lincoln MKZs, we found the one that we liked and with no pressure sat down with the sales person and talked about pricing and different options for financing and within 40 minutes we were finished and driving home a new car. The experience we had at this dealership was excellent and the staff is very friendly knowledgeable and easy-going to work with.
I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.
I found this dealership through cars.com and I had then been contacted by kemberly, who was so kind and helpful. She helped me out A LOT with the car buying process. She was pataient with me and my mom, she was knowledgeable about the car and knew what she was doing. She took great care of us, and I hope more people are helped out by her because I would 100% recommend my family members to her.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

WOW. I shopped around for probably 8 hours this past weekend and Mazda was my last stop (wish it was my first). I am thoroughly impressed with the overall service and help that Cody L. provided me. I had lots of questions, and he had lots of answers. I walked in tired, annoyed, and honestly just over car shopping (remember, out 8 hours already) and he was just so positive and up beat that it made it such a great experience from the moment I stepped foot in the door, to the moment I left with new car keys in hand. We called before going in to test drive a car and the person who helped us was Kent, when we test drove the car he showed us some other options and we absolutely fell in love with a car that he showed us! He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we got a good deal, by far the best salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. We were greeted right away and able to test drive right away! The 3 people (Mark, Kevin, and Brad) that helped along the process were all willing to answer my questions, very patient, and didn???t make me feel rushed or like I was just another sale for them... Over all my experience was great with them! :)
