It took a week to get the car transferred ( in State)
I paid cash and it still took 4 hrs.
When it came time to sell them my used car, they said there was a prob. ( according to Auto check) I spent two weeks to clear a title that said totaled . After many , many phone calls, I find out they were interpreting "Caleteral damage,car repaired, claim paid" as totaled. Even when I got a letter from the insurer stating it wasn't totaled, they refused to budge. I'm so frustrated! They want to offer me 1/5 what my car is worth. I can't deal with these people!! If it hadn't dragged out for two weeks, I would take the newly purchased vehicle back. Lesson learned!!!!

First off I hate shopping & the thought of buying a vehicle made me sick & complete dread! I started by going online to local dealers to see what was on the lots, I can’t stand haggling & I knew what I wanted to spend. Went to Perkins & wasn’t surrounded by vultures, laid back experience & such an easy process. Sean was great to work with!!

Very Helpful and Great Service, Stopped in dealership because my truck had problems and had no appointment was great at repairing my truck to get me back on the road. The service writer Nancy was very helpful and is a great benefit to this dealership
Our experience was awesome! Our salesman, Darrell Matlock was amazing. He listened to our wants and needs in the purchase of our new Explorer. Everyone at the dealership was so nice and helpful. There was no pressure, and no badgering. He, Darrell made us feel very comfortable. He explained everything clearly.
I did not end up buying a car from here ONLY because i ended up chosing a different one they did not have it stock. But the attention and time that Leon in sales gave me prompted me to write this. He took time out to keep checking up on me and helping me. I wish they would have had the car i bought just so he got the credit!
I just wanted to comment on how much I like Carmax customer service as a company. I bought me car from Carmax in Nashville Tn about 2 years ago and had great experience. Then few months later I my car started making a noise on the front end. Took back to Carmax in Nashville They put me in a rental car till the next day till they got it fixed... Which was great. They repaired my car free and payed for the rental car. Then April 6th I was traveling thru Jackson Tn and my car started making a terrible noise. I was very concern. Called Carmax in Jackson Tn took my car there they worked me in pretty quick. When they pulled the wheel off the found a pebble had past the dust cover and was rubbing between breaks and rotary. They removed the pebble and all was good. Thank God there was no damaged. Tech put my tire back on and sent me on my way. They didn't charge me nothing.. Thank you
We ordered the exact vehicle we wanted and the staff was very informative and patient during the process. We were very pleased with the service and all the helpful staff when the truck was delivered. Would definitely use this dealership again.
