I had a 2017 GMC Sierra built by Brustolon. Customer service was great throughout the whole build and delivery process. Email updates throughout the process to keep me informed on the progress of the vehicle GMC was building for me. Sales personnel were proficient in vehicle options for various models and could answer any questions I had. Would definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership and highly recommend to others!
The sales team was very helpful and knowledgeable. The whole process took several months and they were patient with me and always had they had the answers to all my questions. Overall they made it a very pleasant experience.
The personnel at this dealership are very professional. They are no non-sense, straight talking people who listen to questions and give answers that don't make you feel degraded. They treated me with the utmost respect and on the day of delivery the salesman took all the time I needed to be comfortable with the vehicles features. I even when back the next day with a question and was treated like I was a member of the family. Not only did they answer the question they assured me that they were going to be there for any questions in the future. It's nice to know that I will not be forgotten now that I have completed the deal and taken ownership of the vehicle.
I wish more dealerships would look to Brustolon for guidance in how to treat people.

She was extremely accommodating to our needs and was extremely helpful in answering any questions. Patricia's kindness and overall gracious demeanor at our first visit at Ford was the reason we came back to purchase the vehicle. Patricia makes you feel important as a customer and makes it known to her clients that her overall goal is your happiness and satisfaction with your purchase. Steve Macomber is a professional, kind, low-key salesperson. He goes the extra mile with small details, Registration, plate transfer, and is truly a nice person. I would highly recommend Steve and Valenti!!

Rich Burdich was the salesman that helped me through the whole process, and it was a PROCESS. I'm from a different state but Falveys was in possession of a sportscar with the exact specs that I wanted, so I made the trip, and it was well worth the miles.
I would have definetly buy another vehicle from Falveys, but only if they happen to get a wicked Shelby, or Ford haha! Thanks again Mr. Burdich, look forward to doing business in the future!

I went in looking for a used Cadillac Escalade that I seen online. The whole buying process was ok. The only problem I have was that part of the deal, I was promised that the remote starter would work. I brought it home to find out that it still don’t work.

After 2 weeks of visiting dealers who did not listen to what we were looking for, we decided to go to Champagne Motor Cars.
They had an extensive selection of used cars. Our sales consultant, Fernando was patient and listened. We wanted a great car with a 'low out the door price'!
Not an easy task but he and Ken Champagne, the owner, found a car in Boston that met our wishes and brought it to Willimantic for us!
The most painless, professional service one could get. One small glitch after the fact was immediately corrected by Ken to our complete satisfaction.
Our decision to go east to Willimantic instead of west to Hartford area
was a great one. Would recommend them highly all range of buyers.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I told Andy what i was looking for and he found the perfect car for me. They took the necessary steps to quarentee it Ford certified. The day we picked up our car, everything and everyone was ready for us. After signing papers with Andy, we went to Jake and finished ip the paperwork in a timely manor. PS, dont fall for Jakes spilt coffee on his desk. Andy made sure that i was comfortable and familiar with the car before he sent me on my way. I went to Columbia ford because my sister and nephew just bought vehicles there and reccomended them to me. They were right, Columbia Ford is the place to go when you are looking for a new or used vehicle 👍👍👍👍👍
