Took my truck in for a knocking noise in the rear end . Was told it couldn't be fixed but, they had others in with the same problem. Contacted Chevrolet and they are looking into the problem. Love my Chevy but when you have a This is a good looking truck that sounds like a rattle trap someone needs to step up and fix it. This is not the fault of the dealership they are nothing but kind and courteous. Might change my mind about Chevy's and I've bought several over the years.
We live out of state about 3 hours away and Seay Motors made it very easy for us. They had all the paper work done and waiting for us to get there. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely buy from there again.
Needed a new truck for my son. Brett gave us a good deal and a good price for our trade. The truck came with a 60-day 2,000 mile warranty and we purchased an extended warranty. Just before the 60 days ran, but after the 2k mile limit, we had problems with what we thought was the transmission. I called Brett and he said to get it checked and let him know. As it turned out it was the plugs, coil packs and wires. These weren't covered under the extended warranty. The total cost was $1,300. Although they were under no obligation to do anything, they paid half the cost. These are stand-up guys.
Very pleasant experience from start to finish. All staff was very friendly and courteous. Felt no pressure at all at any time. We were made to feel very comfortable and at home despite being from over and hour away. Satisfied with the price and the willingness to help in any way possible. Buying process was made very simple and fast. Staff also stayed past closing time to allow us all the tine we wanted for a test drive and to finish paperwork.
We had such a great experience from start to finish, they even stayed 2 hours after closing to get us in the truck we wanted. Just purchased a vehicle from Allen Auto, sold by Buddy Pugh. I found him most helpful and honest. They had advertised the vehicle I wanted for what I felt was a high price. Due to it's near new condition I took a chance. I found Buddy most helpful and willing to negoiate even after I felt we reached an impasse he continued to work the price. While it took some time (about an hour)they even managed to get me a lower finance rate then my credit union & bank offered. Buddy is not you typical high pressure salesman. Overall it was a very good experience. They now have me as a customer for life.
We had a very good experience here. The staff was super friendly and did not try to “ up sell “ us or push us toward a car other than the one we came to look at. When the decision was made to purchase the car they were very helpful and gave us a decent deal on our trade in. If I need another vehicle in the future and they should have what I wanted I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

This was one of the easiest buying experiences I've had. There was no pressure, and they guys worked hard to get me the interest rate that I was looking for from the bank of my choice. Purchased a used 2008 Chevy Tahoe from them, and during the test drive, I had noticed some shaking in the driver's side mirror. I mentioned it to Terry, and he assured me that they would fix it right. They did just that. Ordered an OEM replacement mirror, had it painted to match the factory paint code and installed it, all within a week.
Simple oil change/maintenance. Outstanding service department , professional courteous and timely. I would buy a car there based on their service department alone. Everyone I came in contact with was a friendly helpful individual. Not many businesses these days who still give this type above and beyond level of customer service.
