My experience at this dealership was fantastic!!! While rebuilding my credit, I felt financing a vehicle would be nearly impossible. I’m so glad that I stopped here before giving up. And I’m so glad that Brandon Dazzio was the salesman who was available to help! He spent FIVE HOURS working to get me finances with terms that I was comfortable with and I drove away with a car that I never dreamed I be able to finance! I’m so happy with my vehicle, with my car buying experience, with Carpros and with Brandon! They are all rockstars! ❤️
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Our car got stolen on Thanksgiving. And my credit is not the best. There's a salesman at this dealership that went above and beyond his job scope to go around the problems with my credit. We were dropped off there and things didn't work out at first. Jeff said no no problem. Not only did he drive us to our bank but also took us home. After dark my phone rang. Jeff was on his way to get me and my wife. He treated us like family. Thanks Jeff. If your shopping for a car you can't go wrong with car pros. We love our new car.
My engine was destroyed from internal water pump breaking. Eric in service department went to bat for me dealing with warranty company and got me best outcome of a stressful situation. He was relentless with them. Thank you Eric!
My daughter went on her first car buying trip alone. She went to look at a Toyota Yaris. She was told it was not available because it needed a computer and when repaired the price would be $2000 more. She came home with a very nice 2007 Lincoln MKZ. The car had a couple problems that the dealership fixed but one they did not. The window sticker displayed the features of the car, one of them being heated seats. The heated seats worked for the test drive but not later. They were worked on twice and functioned once after each repair. I called the service department, which was very helpful and professional, and was told the car needed a heated seat module connector and a heated seat module. The Sales Department told the Service Department not to replace the parts.. If the Sales Department knew parts were needed and they were not going to fix the seats the least they could have done was let my daughter know so she could have had it fixed during the three days it was in their facility having the other repairs made. I would recommend the Service Department but not the Sales Department. My son drives Fords and after this experience with the Sales Department is looking in Colorado Springs for a new car.
Steve Salazar is probably the best salesman I have ever encountered. He even sent a Christmas card to see how my vehicle was doing thus far. Even got me an extra key for my Chrysler Aspen. This guy is amazing. The buying process could not have been more satisfying. You need a new or used car? Then go see Steve Salazar at Spradley.
I had such a great car buying experience with all of the staff here. They were so knowledgeable and reassuring. These professionals are the real deal!! Please deeply consider these guys when making a vehicle selection. Also, mention Sasha Parga sent ya haha

Mike Peterson was our salesman. He approached us promptly & was helpful in determining exactly what kind of vehicle we were looking for. It took a little time, but we are happy with the Toyota Camry he found for us. Also, your entire staff was friendly, courteous & personable. The whole overall experience is one that you should take great pride in. We felt comfortable & not pushed or rushed. That's important to us. Keep up the good work.
