I chose this car dealership due to their reviews. I was not let down by any means. This was honestly THE MOST easy going car shopping experience I have ever had. I was shopping for a used car for my daughter, which we love, and will more than likely look first to this dealership when I look again for myself. I want to thank the team again for making this car search and purchase such a nice experience!
I drove an hour to this dealership to test drive a used 2014 Ford Fusion. I needed a car ASAP as mine was no longer working, and even with the knowledge that I was in extreme need of a new car, no one was uncomfortably pushy. Dawn was very kind and helpful and when I did not like the used Fusion, she offered me the option of test driving a new one. As this would be my first new car, I knew it would be a long shot to be approved for a loan with no co-signer and a small down payment, and as expected I was not approved. Dawn and her team went out of their way to find me another vehicle on their lot that they thought I would have a better chance of qualifying for. After driving another car, Dawn went to see if I would be approved and came back with the news that her team had been attempting to find a way for me to take home the brand new Fusion, and that they had! They went above and beyond to make sure I was able to have a car and that I understood why it was easier for me to qualify for the new one and not a used one. They were a huge help to me as a first time car buyer and it was the best experience! They were all wonderful and very excited to help me become a new car owner!
The salesman was very helpful and didn't try to sell me a vehicle that they wanted off the lot. He also let me test drive the ones I wanted to compare even if it was not in the most ideal spot, if other vehicles needed to moved it was done.

Everyone at the dealership, especially Kenny went far beyond expectations. In our situation, we had a horrible purchase from the previous dealer we had purchased from, and were left high and dry (spent an entire year paying for repairs and trying to get the car to pass emissions-nothing short of a nightmare). I came into the place exasperated and in tears. Between all of this the dealer listened to our needs-provided a amazing solution. I will never forget how they were able to actually sell a car through an empathetic situation that met our specific needs. We love our 2019 Nissan. Thank you.
We had the best salesman in Louie. He worked with us to find the perfect truck and a fair trade. I would highly recommend working with this team again and will recommend Griffin Ford to all my friends after the great experience we had.
My experience from the end of November until now has been a 2.5-3 Star.
Specifically went to this location to look at at a vehicle. The sales rep was helpful and professional. Completing the paperwork and finalizing the sale took way too long, hours!!! There was one finance person helping four people in line.
Make sure you pay attention to details!!! Vehicle did not come with floor mats. Strange to me. When they dropped the vehicle off it was not detailed nor was the gas filled up per agreement, so when I called about everything they did cover the cost of new floor mats. Great customer service, right?
Fast forward to it now being summer. My air condition does not work. Per manager who was not customer friendly and rude on the phone, stated “anything can break on a used vehicle”. Makes you think you need check EVERYTHING before you purchase.
In my opinion, poor customer service. I would think you’d want to retain your customers by trying to help them out when the vehicle is less than 6 months old to them. Will not be going back to them to purchase my next vehicle.

i did my homework prior to our recent purchase of a low mileage used Mercedes. One of my primary information sources was Cars.Com. and the other was Car Max. We visited the Kenosha Car Max and found everyone we had contact with to be professional and informative. We ultimately bought a car from a Mercedes dealer but did sell our trade to Car Max Waukesha. The experience was handled quickly and pleasantly. I would definitely recommend Car Max and their staff.
