Jeff single handedly restored my faith in car dealers. After a miserable experience trying to buy a BMW X5M in Dallas, I found that Jeff had one listed. He had it fully serviced, checked the brakes and tires and gave me the measurements. He had BMW take care of some recall work before I arrived to pick it up and had it clean / full of fuel / and ready to go!! Nothing was misrepresented and I found the vehicle in better condition than described. He picked me up from my hotel and checked on my travels as it took two days to drive it home. Bottom line, customer service is lacking these days, but not here. I couldn’t be any happier!!! Thank you sir!!

We purchased a 2010 mini van from Warehouse Auto. First time buying from them based on a referral. They have a changing table and diapers in the restroom which really impressed me along w/ a play area for the kiddos in the office area. No one pounced on us the moment we pulled into the lot which was pleasant. We were able to browse w/o being hounded. The salesman was knowledgeable and upfront about the vehicles and any concerns that there may have been w/ the vehicles we were looking at. The price displayed on the vehicle is the price you pay. Nice knowing right off the bat what they are asking for the vehicle and what you are expected to pay w/o any bartering back and forth. All paperwork done on the property, simple and easy! No pressure.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
I saw several vehicles of interest in their inventory on Facebook Marketplace and drove an hour to see and test drive three different vehicles. I did not call ahead, but was instantly greeted and allowed to set my own agenda and test drive all three vehicles. The salesman, Kevin, was very accommodating and helpful with no pressure at any point. Once I identified the vehicle I preferred, I found them to be forthright and fair in negotiating the price, including my trade in. From there, their Finance Manager, Kai, was very helpful in completing the paperwork and accommodating our schedule. I had a five star experience and would gladly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a used vehicle.
Awesome experience!! The service I received was excellent!! I was greeted with a warm welcome and walked feeling like it doesn't get much easier then this. I will definitely be back next time I need a vehicle and will have no problem recommending them. I was in and out in about an hour. If you're looking for a vehicle definitely check them out!!
Quality vehicles and no pressure sales staff. The truck I purchased came with a limited dealer warranty which was cheerfully honored when a couple things needed repaired. Repairs were made in a timely manner, and they even provided a loaner vehicle while making the repairs. I spoke with the mechanic afterwards and he explained in detail what was done.
I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend Houdek to others.
At first glance the vehicle that I bought from them is flawless on the test drive drove amazing but I didn’t even have the car for 4 hours before the check engine light came on and not even 2 weeks into the car a pump broke and I got told day after day that I would get the car back the following day and didn’t the buying experience was easy as can be the only complaint I have is being more upfront about repairs and making sure they are one of your top priorities when a customer has brought it back for a repair and doesn’t have to wait a whole week
