Erkan (Rick) and his colleagues were super helpful and really went the extra mile when I found out after purchase that the Ford Escape we first selected did not have an important feature (the garage opener). The Escape that did have the feature also had a bunch of others that I liked, but they didn't have that trim on the Koons Sterling lot. Not only they arranged taking the first Escape back and exchanging it for the one I wanted, but they even sent a driver to Koons Falls Church to bring that other car for me, so I drove the first car in and drove out the dream one, and I only paid the price difference. Over $200 to replace sway bar links on a Mazda pickup is way to much. I?m a former auto & diesel mechanic, now 79 yrs. Old I believe I could have done the job myself if I had a lift, in less than an hour. I have bought at least 20 vehicles from here since 1961.
