Good overall experience. As always, the dealership tried to slip in extra fees. This does not make this dealership any worse than others, but I won't give 5 stars when this happens. In our case, the sticker price was not what we saw when we sat down to negotiate. There was a $1,300 charge added for a security feature the dealership had installed. I had that removed: sticker price on a used car should be everything that the car is. I did not choose a $1300 option. The dealership worked with us and was friendly, except for the finance guy. It was late at night and he got a little snippy.

Great purchase of an 2022 F 150 Lightning EV from Sunrise Ford in Fontana. Long process but Chris Miles was great to work with throughout. Everyone else was very professional.

Even though I didn’t purchase new or used they were very helpful in my search I told them what I was looking for and they provided me with a very substantial group of vehicles. I’ll be sure to head on back when I do decide on buying a new car!!

Relands Ford dealership is the best. IVY served me and I am not gonna lie to you she has the best customer service ever. She is very calm to listen to you and does not rush you to anything. I recommend this dealership 100%!!! Raul Gaytan and Brian Howe worked together to sell us our 2022 Expedition. I had previously bought a 2019 F250 Superduty and a 2019 Fusion Energi plug in hybrid through Raul. Flawless. I have a friend who I sent to Raul and he bought an F150, and later an Escape hybrid. They made the entire process almost effortless. I highly recommend Sunrise Ford Fontana!
