Great purchase of an 2022 F 150 Lightning EV from Sunrise Ford in Fontana. Long process but Chris Miles was great to work with throughout. Everyone else was very professional.

We were walked through all trim and option levels, and found the Bronco that perfectly matched our needs and budget. There was never any pressure and negotiations on price were friendly, honest and respectful. We could not have asked for better customer service.

Even though I didn’t purchase new or used they were very helpful in my search I told them what I was looking for and they provided me with a very substantial group of vehicles. I’ll be sure to head on back when I do decide on buying a new car!!

Relands Ford dealership is the best. IVY served me and I am not gonna lie to you she has the best customer service ever. She is very calm to listen to you and does not rush you to anything. Good overall experience. As always, the dealership tried to slip in extra fees. This does not make this dealership any worse than others, but I won't give 5 stars when this happens. In our case, the sticker price was not what we saw when we sat down to negotiate. There was a $1,300 charge added for a security feature the dealership had installed. I had that removed: sticker price on a used car should be everything that the car is. I did not choose a $1300 option. The dealership worked with us and was friendly, except for the finance guy. It was late at night and he got a little snippy.

This is a Ford dealership and not a Lincoln one persae. But the level of service they offer to the Lincoln owners are over and beyond any Lincoln dealership we have been for the decade. The service, the skill set of its technicians and the degree of care they offer to the Lincoln owners are truly a unique and memorable experience. We dropped our car for a typical oil change. However after due diligence, there was a recall and few other items that should have been noted and taken care of by the Lincoln dealership that we used to visit for years. None were noticed or taken care of. Here, as a courtesy, that service Lincoln, but we felt a huge difference in the car runing before and after the service here. HUGE! Chad, the GM is the most pleasant and service oriented individual you will meet here.
