Recently purchased a X5 from the guys at South Point, they made a big effort to take care of the car before I picked it up, and all went smoothly. thumbs up! D-

Sale fell through but dealer still get 5 stars

Let me start by saying this was my first experience buying a vehicle online from another state and I was nervous. The salesman was sympathetic on the phone, went into great detail about the vehicle and even put it on the lift and took more photos from underneath for me. We agreed on a price that was fair enough and the shipment was setup. The day the vehicle was to be loaded the check engine light was on. They called and said they put it on the computer and the problem was the O2 sensor and were going to replace it but the vehicle had to be cold to test it. Several more days went by while they tried to clear the check engine light changing may parts with no luck. Even though I had already wired the money and signed all the papers they we very prompt at canceling the sale and the money was wired back to my account within hours. While the vehicle I wanted turned out to have some issues and I did not get it the fact that they didn’t want to ship it with known problems and even promptly returned my money earns them a five start rating from me.

It doesn???t get better than this!

My husband bought his truck from NWMS a few years back and recommended that I look for a new rig there. My son and I came in from Juneau, Alaska to see a rig I found online and Trent helped us through the process from greeting to financing when Jason took over. From test drive to no haggle pricing, this was a stress-free purchase! Trent went so far beyond the ???extra mile??? in customer service. Jason made the financing part go smoothly and was able to set me up with a loan from my bank back in Alaska as I requested. We had such a great experience all around with them! They are great guys! I will definitely recommend NWMS to others, and can???t wait to come back to pick up a new truck for my husband! ***Ladies, these guys don???t treat women like they don???t know what they???re talking about!!! My son and I might know our way around a vehicle, but never once did I get that ???used car salesman who thinks you???re just a dumb woman??? vibe from ANY of the NWMS staff. In fact, it was just the opposite. All staff were super down to earth, relaxed (not overly aggressive, creepy salesman 😣), and genuinely seemed like they liked what they did for work, and who they worked with. Seriously, shop here!

I love Ford Rancheros

Some like them, some don't. Myself, I love them. They got comfort with being able to use as a light pick up truck. Ford should have kept making them. I've own 4 of them. But they was already old, so they had issues to start with, because the people didn't wash them after bad weather. But I had 1 that was rust free, only had to replace one finder due to a dent. 351 C, beast of a engine, but if Ford would had given it a C-6 trans, instead of the C-4 trans it would had been better. But at the end of the day, Ford is #1, at least with the classics. Newer cars just sucks if you're buying American. If someone gave me a new car I would drop the gas tank and tow that junk to the scrap yard after making sure no part could be save.

at north georgia ford you are greeted as a customer would like to be greeted, not attacked by a group of vultures. not only are you greeted with a smile, you feel a sense of friendship,by somebody who really cares about you getting whats best for you and your family, the reason for that is because tim ford who owns and manages this dealership is a hands on dealer who will in every case help his customers from the time they walk on the lot til the time they 9 out of 10 times drive off the lot with a new or used car, truck ,suv, boat, or mobile home of their dreams with a smile on their face, just as my family has done at least 10 different occasions telling others of their great expeirance with tim ford and his professional team at blueridge north georgia ford great job guys keep up the good work, it is hard to find in todays world i live 510 miles away and would make the drive if it was 2000 miles away, because mr. ford has a one stop shop dealership,
