Strong little truck, great off road, and great gas mileage. Superior towing compared to my 2019 Taco. If you need a mid size truck that is actually a truck the Ranger will be great for you.

Had bolts break and they were able to get it fixed fast and covered under warranty

After being an F150 owner for 19 years, I never thought I'd be happy with downsizing. I was right, I am ecstatic! I bought this used with 30k miles on it, but it looks and feels brand new. Solid, extremely comfortable, and the 2.3 turbo way out performs my 4.6 by a mile. Really did nit want a car pmt but it is so worth it. I love driving again.

I have one complaint. When I bought my car I presented my DD214 to the closing person to get my Purple Heart license plate. When I got a plate which was delivered to the dealership it was NOT a Purple Heart license plate. Turns out a Purple Heart license plate can only be mailed directly to the vehicle owner and NOT to the dealership. The application had to be resubmitted for the plate which I got in the mail, and, I had to file for a refund of the fees which should not have been paid. However, not all the fees paid in error and charged to me on closing were refundable. So, if you're going to apply for a Purple Heart license plate, remember Titus-Will may be ignorant (hard to believe) on the process. I would have thought such a large dealership should have known the state limitation on the mailing of these plates. So I am out some dollars.

I recently traded in my 2016 Toyota Tacoma TRD for a 2021 Ford Ranger Lariat Black Package and have never looked back. I love all the safety features (back-up camera, blind spot detection, collision detection) plus the conveniences of remote start (from key or phone), heated seats, rain-detection windshield wipers, navigation, etc. I also was surprised by the better than advertised gas mileage and towing capaciy. Currently, the vehicle gets about 25 mpg on the highway, which is significantly better than the 2016 Tacoma. The vehicle can also tow up to 7500 lbs which is pretty awesome for a small truck. The truck has had no mechanical issues (so far) but I purchased the truck new and it has only 11k miles. I would encourage anyone interested in a smaller truck (Tacoma, Frontier, Canyon, etc.) to test drive the Ranger.

I downsized from a 2013 F-150, great truck, because I didn’t need a full size truck anymore. I was hesitant to go to a smaller vehicle but after a year and 11k miles I am a believer! Comfort, economy, performance and ease of parking and maneuverability. No regrets! I get lots of compliments too.

My 2016 f-150 needed an oil change! I called to schedule an appointment! I was expecting to be a week or two before I could even get an appointment! But two days later they an appointment available! My truck is still in great shape! Really nice people up at Titus Will Ford! THANK YOU!

Great vehicle. Good power and no problems. A lot of people remember from many years ago when this vehicle wasn’t the best. Ford should do some PR to improve peoples opinion of this vehicle. Wish it came with a heated steering wheel

I bought a New Ford which I love. I took it in to have some accessories put on and met this wonderful service person named Brian. He had the accessory put on and had me out of there very quick. Plus he washed my car. He told me next time I need service they will come to my house and pick my car up and bring it back to me when the services is done. I recently purchased a 2023 Ford F-150, and my experience has been incredible so far. After driving it for about 2,000 miles, I am very pleased with my decision. Although I wasn't fully organized that day with my documents and payment method, the team at Pierre Ford of Lynwood made the buying process easy, fair, and seamless. I also considered refinancing my loan with my bank to see if I could secure a better interest rate. However, I found that the terms were quite similar to what I originally had, so I decided to stick with my initial financing since there wasn't much difference. I had a great experience purchasing a used 2014 Ford Explorer. I had a few requirements as I participate in dog events and needed a very dependable and reliable vehicle that was light colored (keeping dogs cool). I felt both the salesperson and manager listened to my needs and never asked if I needed to contact my husband before the purchase and we made a fair deal. Ladies - that's important!
