Zack Myers is more of guide than a salesperson, although he did close the sale with us. From our first phone conversations to our in person meeting on the day, we ultimately purchased the vehicle. We have bought our last 3 vehicles from Twin Pine and have been very pleased with every vehicle. So when it came time for us to purchase another there was no doubt where we wanted to buy from. I worked with a gentleman named Quinn who was So patient, kind and informative. He brought us like 7 vehicles test drive and never seemed annoyed or trying to hurry us up. Unfortunately when I reached out to Quinn to buy a few months later I was informed that he was no longer here. The gentleman that texted me back was helpful as well and in high demand. First of all, I showed up one week early for my appointment lol ! I thought I was scheduled for an oil change , tire rotation , and PA inspection but got the date mixed up. After driving all the way there I was so disappointed but the manager said well you?re willing to wait an extra 30 to 40 minutes we can do our best to see you! I said great I brought a good book to read! 90 minutes later my car was ready to go!! I really appreciated that they made the effort to fit me into their busy schedule!! Great service!
