My new Ford RV broke down on it's first trip. Ford performance center repaired the 1 problem immediately, so I could get it back right away. They have also ordered the other part and will contact me when it comes in. They did an outstanding job!

Drove every mid-size PU truck available. The Ranger Lariat won hands down. More room, better ride, and more power than the Tacoma. I read many of the pro reviews and totally agree, the 2025 Ranger is the best mid-size truck on the market. The V6 will blow you away.

My experience with purchasing a car at Nielsen Ford in Morristown was excellent! I went to Sunshine Ford to book a recall repair appointment for my 2022 Bronco. I wanted to find out the cost of an extended warranty in the event I kept my 2022 Bronco for another 2 years. The salesman pointed out that in addition to the cost of the extended warranty, I would need to buy new tires. The salesman found a 2025 model for me that was similar to the 2022. At first, I was undecided. When I went back for the recall repair, I decided to buy the 2025 Bronco the salesman recommended. I love my new Bronco. I am glad I listened to his advice.

From the Gentleman who checked my vehicle in, Service Department Manager and all of the Staff, to the Gentleman who gave me a ride home and picked me up when my work was completed. They made me feel like they were glad that I was there, not a imposition. They confirmed the work to be done, they asked some questions about my issues so they could have a better understanding of what was going on. It gave me a sense of confidence in their knowledge and the service that they were to provide. I met the technician who performed my service, he has excellent knowledge of the 2003 F250 Super duty Diesel. He took the time to explain what was wrong and what he did to fix the problem. I have lived several places around the country and have dealt with a number of service departments, this, by far, was the best experience that I have ever had. Thank you very much for everything!!!
