My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

Nice Dealer ship and even greater ppl. I drove 80 miles from queens to get my 2011 Dodge Durango truck, with only 45,000 miles may I add. No one bothered you or even tried to convince you to purchase anything. They just offered you their services upon your request. Best of all they ask me questions such as will you like to place the car on a lift, would you like a test drive first (before even talking numbers) or do you have a mechanic with you. Questions that would probably never be asked at other dealerships. And best of all they were dressed so laid back that it didnt matter how they looked all they cared about was the leaving their customers with an awesome experience to remember!!!!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

i just want to start off by saying that i have absolutely nothing but good things to say about Kelly Motor Cars. Ryan and Mathew are two of the best people i have ever meant in my life its very rare that you stumble upon people like these two. They really do have a passion for cars and sell nothing but high quality cars and trucks. I was looking for a gtr for a long time but everything i went to look at had its flaws here and there which isn't what i was looking for i wanted something different that i knew i wouldn't have to worry about when driving it home and believe me i found it. I saw the car on there website and knew right then and there that it was the car for me. Ryan takes a lot of time and effort when posting a car he gives a detailed description of the car all the options and extra modifications it has which i found very helpful. He also takes hundreds of pictures of everything doesn't try and hide anything or mislead anybody from the pictures alone you can tell what you are getting every angle interior engine bay wheels everything it was fantastic knowing i didn't have to drive there just to find out the car wasn't as nice as it looked online. I called that day and made an appointment over the phone i was treated with total respect and he worked around my schedule to find a time for me to come see the car. Another thing i like about KMC is that they are appointment only and everything was very personalized around me rather then showing up not knowing what ur getting into with a salesman here it was face to face with the owner. Upon my arrival i medianly noticed how clean and organized everything was all the cars where parked uniform no dirt anywhere no dust no trash great lighting all around fantastic set up it was like walking into a collectors museum. The car was parked right up front for me to see it was so clean u could eat off it everything was professionally detailed there was no dirt or scratches on the car from the calipers to the engine bay everything was flawless i was amazed to see used car in that great of condition. Ryan took the time to actually sit in the car and walk me through how everything worked which a a lot of dealers don't do. He answered every question i had and knew everything there was to know about the car. Ryan is the type of guy that won't try and hide anything or pressure you he won't rip you off if there is something as simple as a cup holder liner missing he will let u know but from my experience the cars they sell are all pristine. I never felt so good leaving a car dealer in my life Kelly Motor Cars is the best in the business and i won't be going anywhere else to buy a car for as long as i live. I rant and rave about them to everybody i meet iv been buying cars for years and i haven't and know i never will have a better experience. I would 1000% recommend them to any one interested in buying a car.

I just bought a 2018 Levante from Bob . This is my first Maserati. I was very undecided to lease or purchase. Plus I changed my mind on purchasing or leasing twice within 10days. Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

I love my Shelby GT500!!! This is the most powerful I have ever driven. The handling was adequate but that is not why you buy that car. The interior is not may favorite but the exterior makes you really feel like you own the road!

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

Although the car has great looks, performance and style, for the money you get a vehicle with very few useful options. No back-up camera or other safety features. Mileage was very good and the car was reliable. The cost of upkeep and especially insurance is high. It costs to have fun.

My car had seen better days but I was hoping to nurse it along. The power steering fluid leaked. The engine coolant leaked. Needed a brake job. I was planning on a trip to Illinois for a class reunion and I was going to rent a car. My wife had bought a 2013 Ford Fiesta from Ciocca Ford in Quakertown, PA a few months earlier. On a whim she called Anthony (AJ) Adams at Ciocca Ford to see if there was something he could do. Now I have poor credit and couldn't afford a large car payment or a big down payment. Long story short, AJ had me in our second 2013 Ford Fiesta within 3 hours of making the phone call. Money for my clunker, small down payment (that was actually split into 2 payments), low monthly payments ($230 a month), and a super clean low mileage car...what a deal!! I would highly recommend using Ciocca Ford. I have had decent car buying experiences in the past but this was the easiest, most satisfying experience that I've ever had. And they follow-up on the purchase to make sure that your car is serviced properly and that you got what you wanted.
