We recently purchased a used car here and could not be happier! The inventory was awesome- there's a big range of price and vehicle type. That gave us two great options on one lot as opposed to driving around all day. The dealership doesn't buy cars with an accident history or high mileage (around 70k is the max I believe). It was great to walk around the lot and not worry about what might be behind door number 3. And our salesman, John, was incredible. He understood our budget, showed us great cars without any pressure. It's rare to have the salesman recommend the cheaper car, but he knew it was the right car for us! It may not look like much from the outside, but I promise you won't be disappointed. As John said- it's low overhead. We got a perfect car at a great price. Thank you guys!

My 2012 GT 500 has the performance pack, electronics package, and Recaro seats. The performance pack gives a stiff ride -- great on a road course, good if you like to feel the road, but unnecessarily harsh for long road trips. The electronics package works fine. The Recaro seats are wonderful. It took me a while to get comfortable in them, but once you get them adjusted you'll rather sit there than in your favorite easy chair. The 5.4 liter super charged engine is the real wonder. The sound puts a big cheesy smile on my face every time (I've owned the car since 2011 and turning the key still turns my crank)! The power is intoxicating -- if you like to be shoved back into your seat by pressing the pedal on the right then this is the car for you. If you don't want to ever be sideways on an entrance ramp at 60 miles an hour then maybe look for a different car (that was me on the test drive at the dealer eight years ago). Told myself if I can save this I'm definitely buying this beast! Bonus that I can take my wife and two kids along for the ride -- my kids are 10 and 12 so the back seat works for us, won't work for too much longer though as the back seat is relatively tight.

My wife and I found a used Lexus RX 350 online on their website. There was a ton of pictures of the vehicle and all of them were high quality. There was also a bunch of information on the car as well as a carfax report. We reached out to Alex via e-mail to schedule an appointment and touch base with him regarding the car. We showed up to the dealership right on time and Alex was there to greet us. It is a climate controlled building that was very clean and welcoming. We took a look at the car, inside and out -- started it up, made sure all of the important features were in good working condition. There was no pressure at all to buy. Alex left us completely alone to look over the car and discuss whether we wanted to move forward. He came back to us every so often to inquire whether we had any questions or needed anything. We decided we wanted to take it for a test drive before moving forward. We took it for a test drive with Alex and the car drove great. We got back from the test drive, quickly worked a deal, and we were in and out in no time. He also coordinated with the Lexus dealership to get an additional key fob / programming done. It was a GREAT experience and such a smooth transaction. It's nothing like any other 'dealership' I've ever dealt with. No pressure, no games. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and I will definitely speak with Alex the next time I'm looking for another car.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

We recently bought a brand new vehicle from Wallace Nissan Mitsubishi in Kingsport Tennessee. Originally we were looking for a used family vehicle we stopped at Toyota of Kingsport and they treated us awful. They were not helpful or friendly at all. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Although the car has great looks, performance and style, for the money you get a vehicle with very few useful options. No back-up camera or other safety features. Mileage was very good and the car was reliable. The cost of upkeep and especially insurance is high. It costs to have fun.

This place has a great selection of cars and has superb service. Came in and was helped out right away. Everyone was very kind and friendly! Showed me exactly what I was looking for and did a great job of explaining all the features the car had. Made the whole process quick and easy. Was able to run to the bank and by the time I was back the car was detailed and was able to go through the paperwork in no time at all! Was at the dealership for less then 2 hours total which is much better then I can say for any other place. Highly recommend this place for everyone looking for a car!

My wife and I were shopping for a 2016 Town & Country Mini van. We checked out several Chrysler dealerships in the Portland area and were turned off by the sleazy high pressure salesmen. We then found M & M. All the vehicles are stored indoors and none had a water spot or speck of dust one them. Eric the general manager helped us. He handed us the keys and told us to take it for a test drive by ourselves. No pressuring sales guy along for the ride. We came back and made a cash offer. Eric said just a moment t walked inside and came back in less than two minutes with a yes. The paperwork took less than 10 minutes. In all we were there less than 25 minutes and that includes the test drive. I would highly recommend them and it has changed the way I look at buying g a vehicle. I will not buy another vehicle without going here first ever again.
