I'd like to thank everyone at Omaha Mercedes for the great customer service that they have always displayed to my family. We bought our first Mercedes, a GLK, back in 2010 from Pat Poledna. Pat has always stayed in contact over the years. In October, I got a great trade value for my jeep and bought a ML350. I told them at that time that if they ever got a used G-Wagon in, to let me know. Sure enough, a couple weeks ago I got the call. I drive by this dealership on my way home from work everyday and saw how cool their cars are and just had to stop by to see what all they had since I had the day off and was bored. I'm not in any position to buy a car right now (I will be in a few months) and I usually I hate doing this because I get swarmed by sales guys I really don't want to talk to so I was really hesitant to get out of my car. When I did, I was greeted by Jake, a young man that knows more about cars than I did, and I have to say I immediately felt comfortable and it was so refreshing to talk about a mutual respect for cars instead of when I was gonna be buying something. He showed me around and then took me inside and I almost started laughing because the inside of this place is nicer than most 5 star hotels, which you'd never know from driving past it. The owner, Cody Sutton, came out and talked to me for quite a while about cars and motorcycles and made me feel like I was welcomed as a car guy, not just a potential paycheck. I wish I was in the position to buy a car because I've never had this type of experience where I actually wanted to stick around a car dealership. Go check these guys out if you can, amazing place and amazing people, not your typical dealership.

Although the car has great looks, performance and style, for the money you get a vehicle with very few useful options. No back-up camera or other safety features. Mileage was very good and the car was reliable. The cost of upkeep and especially insurance is high. It costs to have fun.

First, I truly appreciated to these salesmen (Todd & Neil) & the great manager, Bruce who extremely nice to help us. There were excellent services that they provided to us (me & my wife). They listenned carefully from our concerns & provided all necessary information that we needed in a very quickly response. They didn't go around the burst for playing around with numbers here and there. They are straightforward, professional and helpful to facilitate us to make our good deals very easily. I couldn't believe that we showed up late night around 8:40p at the dealer store to trade in our old car & buy a new car for my wife. And luckily we met the very nice manager, Bruce, who greeted us at the front door who introduced us all the details from the new features to the current promotions about the new car, Toyota Avalon. And that was more than enough for us to grasp our deals quickly. It only took us less than 10 mins to get our deals of both trading & buying cars. Neil & Todd were the excellent salepersons who were good in technical support process. They followed up on me from emails, signed up on-line accounts & registrations as needed for the new owner. Also they took time to walk me through most of the safety features and the basic setup until I was ready to run on my own. I had the spark plugs changed in my 2008 F-150, A few days later I noticed a fuel odor in the cab. Took it back To Dave Sinclair and they found a spark plug not seated correctly. Repaired it for no charge and everything is good.

As an owner of a GT500KR since 2009 I have never driven a car as spectacular. I've owned many Mustangs since 1979 and I've modified all of them, but I just couldn't make my vintage Stangs as powerful and handle was well as what SVT and Carroll Shelby achieved together developing this GT500KR. It was born a GT500 pioneered by the SVT (Special Vehicles Team) then moved onto Las Vegas for Carroll's team to do their mods. All cars leaving Las Vegas means it's the best Mustang to hit the roads with the name Shelby; then the letters "KR" King of the Road are added. This means no other is better. Any Stang touched by SVT and Carroll Shelby's team is a top of the line Mustang. In my humble opinion it has been an honor and privilege to own a GT500KR. If you find one with Carroll Shelby's signature that's more of an honor. If you find one with CARFAX it's guaranteed to not be a lemon. They're beautiful cars and so much fun to drive, but be careful with the power. Such an enjoyable Mustang - these are the tops.

Mitchell at Texas Hot Rides was flat out AWESOME! We talked about the numbers & we got close to where we both were ok. We then Test drove the car & I fell in love when the rear end kicked out on a slow right hand turn. Most dealers would have freaked out. Mitchell on the other hand just commented "oh we are having fun now". Then Mitchell had me floor it which set me back in my seat, he then had me press on the breaks to test the Brembro breaks out. Only a true car guy lets you test out a ride like that and Mitchell knows how to let you fully test drive a ride and get a full feel for it. After that, he made the buying process seamless. Overall, I highly recommend Texas Hot Rides. Selection is awesome & great people which go hand in hand.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. I always wanted to own a gt500 and my 2014 did not disappoint. I love the Recaro seats, awesome suspension.. overall of three best mustangs around.
