My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

Shopping for a specific pre-owned vehicle can be both challenging, time consuming and often frustrating. Four months ago we decided on finding a one owner, luxury four-door, family style truck as our 2nd vehicle. We were a one-vehicle family for some time and it made sense to search for that type vehicle to both travel comfortably and safely in and carry light cargo to and from home. We Chose Ford. We choose Sheehy Ford, of Gaithersburg, MD. We decided on a 2015 Ford F150 four door Lariat that was in most ways more of a luxury vehicle than "just a truck". We visited several dealers in 2 states; test drove, and read up on Ford Lariat specifics, engine types, ride quality, and design. Every Dealer "store" visited had the year and low mileage pre-owned models we were interested in. When we compared vehicle similarities, options, mileage, and pricing, all were mostly similar, yet something was missing that caused us to revisit Sheehy Ford in Gaithersburg, Md., a second and third time. Three crucial elements at the other factory authorized dealers we visited (at least for us) seemed to be unmemorable. The three muted elements in the other stores were in the forefront at Sheehy Ford. The sales floor at Sheehy was quite busy yet quiet and the people were going about their work and helping prospects. Then there was the used car manager, Joe Evans and others that came to meet and greet us each in a no-pressure environment. And then there is Andre Hammond. Andre Hammond came highly recommended and became our Sheehy associate salesperson. Soft spoken, very helpful, enthused, and led us to F150's that were only a brief walk from the showroom. We went on two test drives with Andre. We decided ourselves to buy the Lariat. Andre did not persuade us to buy the Lariat, It was how he presented himself, and relevant knowledge that I would suppose is a virtue of a trustworthy salesman. Thank you Shelley Knight for your presentation on products I had not thought deeply about but was necessary. The Bullet liner application you recommended was a good choice and Easy Care insurance will become a great asset. It is also good to note Sheehy management has placed women in positions of accountable responsibility. When the time comes to service our F150 Lariat, there will be no choosing a source other than Sheehy Ford, Gaithersburg, MD. I have met with service department managers and have confidence in their technicians. We really don???t think our vehicle buying experience with Andre Hammond was challenging, time consuming or frustrating. It was for us, a pleasant, and brief experience that will soon be repeated as our 2016 Fushion Lease will soon expire.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

I tried for three and a half weeks to purchase a vehicle from Brandon Ford to absolutely NO avail. The finance manager there said since I had no credit, I would need a huge down payment or a co-signer. Neither which I had. I saw a vehicle on the website of Jarrett Scott Ford of Plant City and rode out there on St Patty's Day. The finance manager at Jarrett Scott Ford also told me I had no credit. Here is the HUGE difference in the two dealerships though....the manager at Jarrett Scott Ford actually took the time to go the extra step and personally called Ford credit and spoke with them directly. I have been at the same job for 28 years, paid off a furniture loan in less than one year and a couple other small things going in my favor. Next thing I know, they came out and said not only did I get the loan on my signature, but I also got the exact vehicle I wanted! I will ALWAYS recommend Jarrett Scott Ford of Plant City and Mike Shelburn who was my wonderful salesman. No pressure buying and they go that extra step for their customers! Great job to the entire team and a huge THANK YOU!!! I am still smiling while driving my 2013 Ford Edge SEL that I have lovingly dubbed "My Black Beauty". <3

I love my Shelby GT500!!! This is the most powerful I have ever driven. The handling was adequate but that is not why you buy that car. The interior is not may favorite but the exterior makes you really feel like you own the road!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage.
