After driving my car that I got when I was 16 for the past 13 years, I was a little rusty on the car buying experience. With friendly salesmen who weren’t pushy, I was able to make a deal in a relatively short period of time and felt great about my experience.
Matt, the salesman, was great. Zach, who I had the with, didn’t show for our appointment. Granddaughter is on cloud 9 with her new car. Have bought many cars from courtesy. Sales always good, need to work on service.

Shopping for a specialized work truck, they had it, worked with me on travel costs, had paperwork almost completed when I arrived, comfortable facilities. No less than 3 employees came up to me and shook my hand and said "thank you". Excellent experience, a definite recommendation.
Service department was very busy, I was told it would take 2 hours and it did. Service mgr Kayla was upfront with me about the wait which I appreciated. Kayla was very professional and got my service discounted because of the wait. This was the only time I ever had to wait this long at this dealership so this was unusual for them. I still will always use them because of their customer service and the quality of their work.
I bought a used Ford Fiesta 2014 from this dealership and the sales person Neli Swadowski was very professional and very helpful! The sales process was very easy and fast and everyone there in the office was great to work with to make this deal happen. We had an oil leak on our Ford Fiesta.Since this was our first time at this dealership we didn't know what to expect but Kevin our service advisor was very friendly and professional from the first moment.He gave us suggestions on some other stuff the car needed but never forced us or try to sell us something we didn't need like some other places.

I’ve always hated buying new cars because of the hassle and time it takes but for the first time it only took a couple of hours. There was no pressure! The first day I went by after work to look at a couple of cars at dealerships to kinda get a feel of what I wanted. Larry Millers salesperson showed me a couple of cars and I left without anyone trying to pressure me so that was cool. It was late so I wasn’t able to get back to them but the next day I wanted to test drive there Fusion. After the test drive I was curious about what it would cost so we ran some numbers and I left with the car. They were able to get me close to the amount I wanted to pay without going back and forth haggling. I hope that is the way it is for all dealerships.

Tony scheduled an appt. for me to bring my car in for some warranty work. He arranged an Explorer for me to drive; instead of an Economy car. He went above and beyond good customer service. I thought he would never remember my appointment because I went in on a Saturday and it is so busy but he called me on Thursday and arranged the rental car for me; which was comped because of warranty. I will never deal with anyone but him. Thank you, Gina Hoaglund
