There was confusion on my part regarding the extended service contracts that I had purchased along with my new Ford Escape. Suzanne did a wonderful job of solving the problem for me and I am now happy with my purchase. There is no way to delete or edit my previous review dated 6/30/18 and it somehow got put in twice. Sorry about that.
I had a great experience today with this dealership. I submitted an online request for information yesterday afternoon and within 5 minutes I got a call back from the sales manager. They collected personal info and within 30 min I had a quote in my hands. Went to the dealership next day to close the deal and was greatly surprised on how efficient the process was. Mr Randy Orsburn in sales was super professional and made the process so easy and fast. Kudos to the insurance and finance team as well.
I pulled into the car lot expecting a slew of salesman on the attack. Did not happen. I got out of the car, was approached by Terrance Harkey who kindly offered to help me and stayed close by throughout the purchase. I have had several bad experiences with car salespeople throughout the years. Terrance gave me confidence in car salesmen again. Terrance is a high quality professional. Sensitive, informed, knowledgable, caring and respectful. Greg Lusk and Joe Rodela were kind and easy to work with. Greg did a lot of work with the numbers to ensure I got the car I wanted. There was no yelling or screaming between sales and finance. The staff looked and conducted themselves as professionals. There is a nice little coffee shop onsite with free coffee lattes while you wait. This was the most positive car buying experience ever. If you get a salesperson that does not meet your needs, please stop the process, and ask for Terrance Harkey. You will not be disappointed.

Was recently out of town and had to take my Ford Edge into another dealership for repairs. Jason stayed in constant contact with both me and the Service Advisor at the Irving location and ensured I was taken care of - even while he was on vacation. We test drove a vehicle and the salesman was professional and accommodating. Overall it was a good experience. We were unable to agree on a trade in value and the salesman told us he would work on the numbers and call, which he never did. That is our only complaint with the dealership. Otherwise it was fine.
Another great experience at Town East Ford. This being the 3rd car we have purchased this year from Town East Ford I am still impressed by the efficiency and courtesy they provide. Shopping online is super easy, they find you what you want, they make the negotiation easy and the finance process is informative and helpful.
I have been going to Grapevine Toyota for several years now. This is the forth Toyota purchased from them and the service has always been excellent! Thanks in part to my asst. service supervisor Robert Moran and the whole service staff.
I came in June of this year to get our Toyota Highlander serviced and have the Zak-Tek protection applied (which is great) and went over to see Neal Asaad the General Manager just to say hello.
He asked me how my 1970 Grand Prix was doing. I told him that I was going to get the old factory R-12 A/C replaced for a new R-134a replacement unit which would have to be shipped in from Florida. The garage where I was going to take it quoted me several thousand dollars to tear out the old factory air and put in the new one, and keep the car for three days.
This was after going to three different places to get an estimate where I asked about doing a retrofit kit, (I was still wanting to keep it original as I have owned it since it was new) no one was interested in doing that because they said they couldn’t guarantee it not leaking or that the compressor bearings might be worn out and other excuses for the system not working.
Neal suggested that I bring it in and let his service techs look at it.
He introduced me to John Farley his fixed operations director and Karl Landerholm his shop foreman. They said they would check it out and let me know later that day. They captured what little R-12 Freon that was in it and cleaned the system out and refilled it with environmentally friendly R-134a Freon. After keeping it overnight to check for leaks I picked it up the next morning.
To make a long story short.
They did a great job! “Above and Beyond”. It has performed perfectly all-of this hot summer without any leaks or problems for just a couple of hundred dollars.
