I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Friendly experience and never pushes me away if I don't make a appointment. Recommended what my car needs by the book no scarce technics. Also fixes my car in reasonable circumstances never wait to long.

Shopping for a specialized work truck, they had it, worked with me on travel costs, had paperwork almost completed when I arrived, comfortable facilities. No less than 3 employees came up to me and shook my hand and said "thank you". Excellent experience, a definite recommendation.
After driving my car that I got when I was 16 for the past 13 years, I was a little rusty on the car buying experience. With friendly salesmen who weren’t pushy, I was able to make a deal in a relatively short period of time and felt great about my experience.
I bought my first new truck here. I was walked through the entire process and felt very good about the purchase. Everyone was extremely pleasant to work with! Extremely happy with them and how easy it is wot work with them. Dennis was very nice and reassuring. Q was informative and helped me make good decisions. Dave was a great point of contact. Service department was very busy, I was told it would take 2 hours and it did. Service mgr Kayla was upfront with me about the wait which I appreciated. Kayla was very professional and got my service discounted because of the wait. This was the only time I ever had to wait this long at this dealership so this was unusual for them. I still will always use them because of their customer service and the quality of their work.
We had an oil leak on our Ford Fiesta.Since this was our first time at this dealership we didn't know what to expect but Kevin our service advisor was very friendly and professional from the first moment.He gave us suggestions on some other stuff the car needed but never forced us or try to sell us something we didn't need like some other places.
In the overall we had a good experience and quality service so we will be back next time.Thank you Kevin

I’ve always hated buying new cars because of the hassle and time it takes but for the first time it only took a couple of hours. There was no pressure! The first day I went by after work to look at a couple of cars at dealerships to kinda get a feel of what I wanted. Larry Millers salesperson showed me a couple of cars and I left without anyone trying to pressure me so that was cool. It was late so I wasn’t able to get back to them but the next day I wanted to test drive there Fusion. After the test drive I was curious about what it would cost so we ran some numbers and I left with the car. They were able to get me close to the amount I wanted to pay without going back and forth haggling. I hope that is the way it is for all dealerships.
