The people were very friendly. I would recommend this dealer to a friend. One complaint is that they didn’t call me when my car was ready, even though they said that they would. I had to call them . So basically, I was without a car for the majority of the day.

This car is spacious, comfortable and drives great. It is also very sleek on the inside and is loaded with features that I am still learning how to use.

My salesman, Matthew Mosher, is very nice and knowledgeable. I bought a used 2016 ford fusion from West Herr, and I was able to fully test drive the car before the purchase. I was even able to drive the car home so that my wife (she was not with me at first visit) can check it out. The price is fair. I don't have much to complain except for the financial manager kept trying to sell me their extended service plan. I did not buy it but I can understand he is just doing his job.

I've owned a number of different versions of the Taurus over the years and found them to be a very reliable car. When I was working, I'd put on 40,000+ miles per year, and every one held up great. I just bought a Taurus SHO from Varsity Ford in Ann Arbor. Jim Dimic was great to work with - a stress free transaction. Highly recommend Jim and Varsity Ford. As for the SHO - it has a ton of power, handles well, and the ride is firm enough without being too stiff.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. This review is for a great experience with an oil change, but I also had to say how happy I am with West Herr and in particular David Bliss who sold me the car I had serviced. I am not always easy to deal with as a car buyer, but I was treated very well and had a really great overall buying experience. I have dealt with many car salespeople before and no one is better than David.

I was doing the opposite of most people at this store as I was looking to painlessly sell my mid sized truck. I had an ad on Craigslist and had visited Carmax in Rochester, but Keith's analysis of my vehicle was spot-on. Their price was fair (better than Carmax's) and they made the selling process painless. This was by far easier to do than selling privately to someone that you don't even know. I would highly recommend that before you try selling your car/truck privately, call Keith and see what he can do for you.

Kristen Lawrence was there for me. Our 2017 Buick Encore was accident totaled because of other driver error. Encores six airbags activated and saved my life. My brother had a 2010 Taurus, which I always liked, really liked. I bought a 2017 Taurus SEL. Searched the internet for the right combo of interior/exterior color, with low mileage and good price. Found it, and drove 75 miles to trade in my 2003 Suburban and drive this one back. Very happy with it.

Thre headlights. . My god, the headlights. They're awful!! Everything else about the car, fine. What good expect. Comfortable seats, user friendly controls, responsive, good fuel economy on a full size sedan. But you can't drive it at night without night vision goggles or spidey-sense. There's a dead spot in the lights that's akin to cataracts on a blind catfish. My old pickup truck's parking lights are brighter. Ford WILL NOT stand behind this problem and the dealers insist "their fine; they meet manufacturer standards", which I can only assume means "go ahead and hit a deer. We've already got our money."

My buying experience was so awesome here! This car had it all for its age. Great leg room, great trunk space, stereo, power seating and even a code to get in without a key. Not many cars had that and it was impossible to lock yourself out of the car.

Went in for an oil change and NYSI. Since I purchased my car there, my 5000 mile service was free of charge. This included oil and filter changes, tire rotation, topping off all fluids and of course the usual safety checks. Made an appointment and waited for vehicle to be done. They got me in and out within less than an hour, and the waiting room was awesome. Would highly recommend them.

My wife and I recently bought a 2018 Taurus Limited. Over the course of shopping for two days, we test drove a number of cars, including a 2016 Lincoln MKZ. I’m a big guy, most cars just don’t fit me. 2017 Taurus SHO does. It does almost everything well; except the Sync 3 sound system. My business is driving so I put a 5k sound/ entertainment system in it . Now it’s perfect. Make sure you have an extended warranty and catch can. Fun. Fun.

I bought a new 2018 Cadillac ATS to upgrade my wife's 2016 Ford Taurus SEL. We quickly decided that instead of upgrading her I had done just the opposite while spending lots of money in the process. After less than 500 miles on the new Cadillac we traded it in on a new Ruby Red 2019 Taurus SEL , lost thousands of dollars in the process but ended up with a happy wife. Happy wife, happy life!

this is by far in my opinion a great car to drive sharp,fast and still very tight handling after 28000 miles very nice color combination I have driven a new Lincoln MKZ this car is just as good and for so much less money this Taurus Limited has many options more than enough for me with the electronics but all and all I will be looking at the 2019 model very soon and will be getting another Ford Taurus Limited

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Have only driven a few hundred miles so far. Vehicle seems very stable and has good acceleration. Trade-in was a 2013 mustang. Taurus is way more comfortable.

My appointment was at 12:30 which I scheduled on my break. I brought my car in at 12pm. 30 mins early, I test drove 3 cars. Stopped at Wegmans and got lunch came back and my car STILL wasn't ready. 2 hours for an oil change and I had an appointment. Unacceptable!
