Salesperson was reliable and returned calls. He helped with setup. The buying process and meeting with the closer took a few hours. She pulled out all the stops to get me to buy the extended warranty and paint protection. I declined, then suddently everything was half price, then I declined again and got a bit deeper discount. This is frustrating and I'd prefer to be quoted a fari price with 20% markup rather than offered something for 300% cost theny get it for a decent price only because I bargained and would not get ripped off.
Service department folks were nice. The waiting area is no frills, very different from the BMW dealership, but that's ok.
I was able to purchase a truly exceptional Golf turbo diesel! My salesman was low key & helpful in every way. When I decided to cancel an extended warranty the finance manager (Joe) was also very helpful. I was able to drive to the dealership & pick up my refund check with no difficulty. The cars that Quality Auto Center has in stock all seem to be exceptional.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend!
We bought a 2013 Ford Escape from Quality Auto last week and were amazed by the no pressure, excellent service. The dealership was welcoming and comfortable. The owner came out and welcomed us before introducing us to a salesman. The "finance guy" was not hidden behind a door, but was right out with the salemen, ready to answer any questions. We had to drive nearly 100 miles to get to this dealership (well worth the drive), and there were no complaints when we kept the saleman and finance guy over an hour after closing in order to complete the purchase.
The employees are awesome! They worked out a price for me in the car I REALLY REALLY wanted, and that alone made me feel a lot more comfortable. I was actually praying that they were not going to tell me, "Sorry, we can't give you a better price but, we can put you in a different car." No one wants to hear that, especially if you have your heart and mind made up on specific one. The sales professional that helped me went out of his way to get me the car and knew a lot about the car I was buying. Thanks for making it fun and easy to buy a car.
This has been the easiest, most pleasant experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Lee Bontempo made every detail clear and easy to understand and was so very kind.
