I had been searching for a new truck for a while when I found exactly what I was looking for. I submitted the form to contact the dealer through Cars.com and was surprised to get a phone call from an actual person instead of some generic email. Since I live more than 100 miles from the dealership most of the sale was done by phone. I first spoke with Nikki Davis who told me a bit about the area and the dealership itself before putting me in touch with Lamar Elrod,my salesman. Both Nikki and Lamar talked to me like I was a friend. Lamar answered all my questions about the truck I found so that I was confident it was exactly the truck for me. He helped get everything done over the phone so all I had to do was drive over there. Because it was a working weekend for me they had to hold the truck until Monday evening. We arrived late Monday and they had the truck cleaned up and full of gas. They checked out my trade while I looked over the truck and drove it up the road. There were no issues at all for either side so we did the paper work. Even though it was getting late nobody there seemed to be in any rush and everyone was in a great mood. The guy handling all the paper work was great too, I only wish I could remember his name as well. These guys even had my trade in paid off before the end of the week. This has been the best buying experience I've had.
I went in to look at an Escape and to gather information on purchase options. And so without high pressure, I bought my Ford Escape. Paul was courteous and with much knowledge about the Escape's options and features. I am very glad I went to Loudons. Thank You

Good long drive good gas and comfortable inside prefect for me that’s all only v8 that reason Iam pull trailer for camping glamis and dumont dune cool now no truck Iam stop drive for two years shop is try put computer chip seven time blow up so it been frusturted so I think I better get other truck same kind of truck I rather that’s all
Schultz Ford invited me to a My Sync class to teach us (seniors) My Sync and how to use it. The teacher Ruggero Fratarcangeli was excellent and went above and beyond. All of use learned so much useful information and I will now use this program on a regular basis. He brought real life uses for My Sync and helped us gain a comfort level I never imagined. Thank you Schultz Ford for this amazing class and to help me enjoy my new car and its features.
Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw New York- If you are looking for a Ford this is the place to go. This dealer brought me back to a place 30+ years ago, when your local car dealer actually knew your name and actually cared about repeat business. Yes, if you???re into the high pressure chaotic wall street trading floor zoo- then this is NOT the place for you. Do your homework online first and take a look at what they have in stock. Keep in mind they have another store in Nanuet NY and they can get you just about any Ford vehicle to your liking. When I arrived, I was greeted by Rose who did a great job making me feel right at home. They had the car I was interested in ready and waiting in the back. Clyde brought the car I was to test drive around and showed me the highlights of the car. After a nice test drive up scenic route 9w I returned to the showroom. Due to my situation with the VW "Dieselgate" class action lawsuit I was unable to negotiate a deal then and there. I met with Brian the sales manager who reviewed the financials of the vehicle that I was interested in. We stayed in touch over the next couple of weeks as to the status of the buyback of my vehicle from VW. The day they took my VW back I called over to Brian and we worked out the final deal over the phone (Luckily the car I test drove was still available). Again, as I said "no pressure" at all... I filled out the financial information online and was pre-approved within minutes. Clyde called my insurance company and added the car to my policy. All I needed to do was sign the papers. Due to a scheduling conflict, we needed to take the car that day. Because we arrived after service hours Brian the Sales Manager was actually washing my car in the service bay. I was amazed by the Roll your sleeves up attitude here! You would never get this from a Prima-Donna NJ dealer. I've never experienced service like this at any dealer before. We live an hour away in New Jersey (The home of high pressure sleazy car dealers!) We could have shopped the "Auto Malls" locally but we would never have had the level of customer service that we experienced at Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw. This dealer truly goes out of their way to earn your business. What a great buying experience! We will be back for our next Ford. I???m not sure when that???ll be, our Expedition has over 130k miles on it and is still running strong (Knock on wood!) Ford has come a long way in building quality products.
Our salesman for buying an EV was Anthony Masone, ultra-competent, non-pressuring, a deft guide throughout the process, not to mention highly affable. And offered candy at his desk to boot! Thanks, Tony, for all your help, leading to a happy ending: a beautiful, brandnew EV (Chevrolet Bolt).
Our family just had the best time buying a Ford F-150 Lariat and I wanted to make sure I gave credit where credit was due.
(1) Wonderfully Communicative - Jason Lehner, the delearship manager, was amazing. Since we know little about cars but wanted to venture into truck ownership, we turned to a relative who is 1000s of miles away for help. This didn’t phase Jason at all. He answered every text, email and call with care and worked effortlessly with someone he never met in person. My relative is a bit of a hard cookie to crack so we were all impressed at how Jason was able to navigate the rapid fire questions and concerns.
(2) Stellar Price - We did approach other dealers but Waterford Ford simply offered the best price for our custom order. We feel like we walked away with an fantastic price for a brand new 2018 custom Lariat order.
(3) Straight Shooter - Jason never tried to sell us something for the sake of selling. We didn’t feel overwhelmed with the options or that we were making a mistake by not buying an additional feature. He was polite, listened and ensured we were comfortable with the order BUT we never felt pressured to take on more.
The best part was when we finally went in the sign papers! Michael O'Brien, the manager emeritus, saw that I had kids in tow and offered to have the car sent to our home since we couldn’t bring it back on the same day. It made my life so much easier! Seriously. That small gesture made my year. And now I have a gorgeous new ride.

This is the perfect van for my large family. Comfortable, stylish, and easy to drive. More than enough space for passengers and all our stuff!
