I was very pleased with the styling and ergonomics of the vehicle. I being rather tall it accommodated my height with comfort and ease of access. The new vans are finally meeting this generations styling, form and function.
Greeted right away in service Lane, very nice customer lounge area w/coffee, work stations, tv. Service staff is very professional, service advisor kept me informed on finish time and reviewed all work completed. Always a pleasure coming to HP

This van is great! Very easy to drive with minimal blind spots that are common in a van. It travels up and down the Pa. Turnpike with a breeze and little crosswind problems.
Waiting area and the whole new car area is in desperate need of updates. Feels old and dirty. Service department is the only reason I go and that isn't much better. The last 2 visits, one or two service writers working and they do not like making eye contact to acknowledge you.
Best large capacity vehicle ever.

Best large capacity vehicle ever, powerful agile drives more like a sports car than a Econoline. I would definitely recommend getting eco-boost though.
I took my Ford Escape to the service department for an oil change. The only problem was the chaos in the parking lot. There is a lot of remodeling and confusion. I had to wait in my vehicle for thirty minutes or so.
I have received three e-mails, a phone call and a letter thanking me for using your service. Why are you sending so many e-mails and other correspondence to thank me for using the Ford service? It is annoying.

Good long drive good gas and comfortable inside prefect for me that’s all only v8 that reason Iam pull trailer for camping glamis and dumont dune cool now no truck Iam stop drive for two years shop is try put computer chip seven time blow up so it been frusturted so I think I better get other truck same kind of truck I rather that’s all
I always get great Service at Southgate Ford. Jamie Thompson is the best in service and Al Orlowski is the best in sales.
