The salesman Johnny Flores was very professional, courteous, and friendly. He went over the options, took the time to explain the process, and communicated the waiting time very well. He was not pushy but very efficient overall. Very pleased with the experience at this dealership, will definitely use them again and highly recommend to family and friends! The whole process from start to finish was stress free. Richard was a pleasure to deal with. The car was ready when promised and he did an outstanding job explaining and showing the new features of our new Edge.
Sal makes the buying process painless. He is very attentive to your needs, but won't promise you something just because that's what you want to hear. What I really liked, though, is only having to meet with Sal. I didn't have to meet all of his managers and repeat everything to them what I had just explained to Sal. I buy from Sal because he is trustworthy and sincere. I also didn't have to pay a doc fee. Apparently dealers have the option whether or not to pass this fee on to their customers. After doing some research, some dealers in the area even charge the maximum that the state of Michigan allows. That just sounds greedy to me. Thank you Sal and Russ Milne for providing an experience that puts the customer first.
I found a truck I wanted on Cars.com and contacted the dealer. The salemen told me that when he went to pull it around he noticed a puddle and set the vehicle up for service. To make a long story short, the truck needed transmission repairs and the service department told me the truck was not available to sell until it was repaired. It is nice that they made sure the repairs were handled, but I wasnt kept informed and needed a vehicle quickly, so I purchased from another dealer.
Professional, courteous and pleasant employees. It is always a friendly environment. You always get a car wash after your car is serviced and you can refresh yourself with snacks and water.
