Went in to have some surface rust and a couple of dents looked after. The manager came out, efficiently looked and asked questions. Have a detailed, fair estimate. Dropped off next day and car was ready ahead of time. He came out again and explained his teams work! Very impressed

My experience with Mike Bishop was awesome. After being turned down at 3 places , I was recommended to see him . He got me the SUV I wanted the same day . I’m trying to contact him for 5 other family members that wants new vehicles. When I called for him , I was told he no longer works there . Mike is the best salesman I ever had . After getting my car , out of his own pocket, he treated me and my family to dinner as a token of his appreciation for our business. I trust Mike Bishop and only him , not saying that no one else there is bad .... but Mike worked with me and my so so credit and got me what I wanted . I was very upset when I submitted my last post earlier today and I should have taken my issues to a manager. I called back and talked to Joe who is the used car manager. Bill Brown really stepped up and went out of there way to make me happy and I am very grateful. I was picked up by dealership, given a loaner car and was assured they would be retrieving my broken down vehicle! I would definitely take my business back here and recommend it to anyone else. Thanks guys! Great way to handle this situation! If this should happen to anyone again I hope they can expect the same from you.
Came in this morn.which what I thought was a huge trans.problem on my 2012 Ford Focus Jim in service quickly advised me on a trans module extended waranty by Ford . Fixed the problem in 4 hrs. Drove me home picked me up ,fixed 4 door latches on re-call and washed the car. Very satisfied!!
