We purchased (2) more vehicles for our business from Koons recently. They coordinated our van upfit with our outside vendor, and coordinated the paperwork to make for a seemless and expeditious buying process. Pricing was agressive and the Ben & Dave worked hard to get us the deal we needed.
Our salesman was Del and he was really great! We were there for a little bit but everyone was friendly. We let them know our budget and exactly what we wanted in a car and they found what was in our budget!

I reached out to a few dealerships in the area and this one in particular was the most professional, "non-pushy", and accommodating. As a first time car buyer, I had done my research and knew exactly what I wanted. It came down to who was going to be the best people to work with and hands down Derek and his team were amazing. The car came off the lot dirty (interior and exterior) with a few interior scratches and damage. While at the dealership, Derek had his team do an initial detailing and ensured that if I were to purchase the car the other problems would be fixed. Sure enough, I purchased the car on Derek's word and I could not be more pleased. The sales, financing, and service teams treated me well. Thanks again, Derek!
Ben and the staff at Koon’s we’re 1 our of 45 contacted dealerships that responded to my initial inquiry throughly and without excluding a single detail I was requesting. If you’re looking for honesty, candid and quick replies don’t hesitate to go with these guys. From the initial inquiry all the way through finance it was a breeze and pleasure without any feelings of trying to be worked over. Honestly, even if I don’t buy a Ford for our next vehicle and don’t love in the state I’ll have serious pause before not returning here. Thank you to Ben and the whole team at Koon’s Ford!

They are the best! They are flexible and guide you to make smart choices for your car. They are always trying to save you money and treat you like family. Have wifi, coffee, charging stations so you can work while you wait. And you never wait long. Really great service!

Just picked up my new Raptor this afternoon. Ordered it on 5/8, build on 6/11 and delivered today. I can't say enough good things about Eric, Kirk and Will, my sales rep. They called this morning to tell me it was in, so took a ride up just to look at it. To my surprise, Eric, the sales manager asked if I could stick around and they would put a rush on and get it ready. There's no question about my answer. Once the paperwork was done, Will started showing me all the Electronics on this thing, it's like being in the cockpit of a plane. Once again a Big THANK YOU to everyone. And the price was better then any other dealer around.
